Hi TG
I ordered quite a few coats so that I could choose
Decided on two last night (need them for different purposes) and then today noticed that MnS are doing a 50% off sale on some items so just re-ordered a couple and also selected a couple of new ones to look at
Hopefully this time next week i'll have two new coats and will have got them at a good sale price
Regards

Well I've balanced the books for this month so that's a job well done
I must remember to use a certain CC as I have a £25 credit balance on there. It's not one I usually use but used it recently following a letter to say the account was looking inactive, typical that the transaction ended up with a partial refund

Well I've still not used up the credit balance on the CC, tried to at the weekend but had forgotten the PIN
Got the right number now so will use it in the next couple of weeks
I've had a little bit of a splurge with the recent MnS 20% and 50% of sales but I've not gone too mad and all of it was either very much needed for me and I also got a couple of bargains for Christmas pressies too. Last but not least I also used TCB for the transactions so there will be a bit back from them as well
I've had a long overdue visit to C0stco's too but managed to escape with spending only £50 with splitting some items with family member whereby the one pack would have been too big for just either one of us.
Credit cards are up to date and at nil, car got lots of petrol, cupboards stocked, freezer full of batch cooking, wardrobe needs sorted and a few Chrimbo pressies bought. A good place to be, now what can go wrong
I've also received a £30 cheque from Mr Taxman this morning, nice to be in that position after the woes of the last couple of years
Now off to peek at spreadsheet when I should be working...
Regards

Just sneaked another £125 OP in so will update my siggy in a mo then off to look at the latest MfiT T3 update that the lovely FB does for us
All CC's at nil and managed to use up that small credit balance on one of the too so all good
Payday strangely doesn't feel too far off which is good!
Have some major food shopping and cooking to do today as well
Work is wild again with 12 hour days the norm and often more than that, had planned to do some work this weekend but just can't face it...:o
Hope you're all well

Morning all (just!)
Well my food shopping came in at less than expected so really pleased with that
Yesterdays last minute OP now means that the IO part has now sneaked into the 55k's too. For the purposes of the MFiT T3 challenge I did submit £42,778 which takes into accounts savings i'm building too to pay of the mortgage as well as the OP's

Morning all
Well another 60+ hour behind me and I intend today to be very lazy with nothing more strenuous than lots of cookingThe weather is awful so just the right day to nest in at home and potter to my hearts content
I've made another £500 OP and hope to sneak in some more over the next month. Savings are building steadily too around the £750 pm mark so happy with that
Siggy all updated
Just off to check how CB balances are tracking

Right, pending balance of £131 and £3.00 ready to pay out
The £131 will take some time to pay out as it was related to a couple of different insurance type purchases that only pay out after you've had the policy for a few months. Part of that was a £84 CB I got when renewing car insurance and £21 for car breakdown cover so I thought that was a decent haul
All CC's at nil and about £100 to come from work expenses plus £40ish that family member owes me. Got to do some finance stuff for family this weekend which will take a few hours I suspect

Hi all
Just cashed in £90 from TCB and rounded it up to make another OP of £100. Still got about £30 pending so a bit more to go yet and they've also taken the £5 annual fee re the 'plus' thingy
Think i'll have play with the spreadsheet this weekend and check where things are

Hi all
Just made a £500 OP and have spent some time looking at savings situation. My savings are building up nicely but I will revisit that at in a couple of months/Jan/new year and will pay a lump in as an OP.
I've just updated my siggy so pleased with that and hope to make a further OP over the next couple off weeks
I do put a monthly amount away for Christmas presents but I've actually been picking presents up here and there all year and not taking the money from the present fund so, I think when it gets to the end of next month I'll be deciding to use that fund to make an extra OP too
Hope you are all doing well
Regards

Glad to hear you're doing well ATT, that's an interesting approach to the Christmas presents
We have budgeted for all of ours, which is nice, but I do have to confess to leaving it late as usual.
Did you ever get your ISAs tidied up? Always interesting to see another investor as well as an OPer.0
