Hi SmlSave, yes, I had a lovely time although not much skiing done  The weather was very extreme - it snowed just about all the time - probably 6 out of the 7 days and I'm a bit of a fair weather skiier - if it's not sunny I don't want to play :D

Goodnes,, where does the time go to - I haven't been on here much for a few weeks what with holidays and work is just soooooo busy and I've been away all week again with no chance to look at MFW:mad:

I've just updated my signature and nice to see another little milestone with the IO part having 88 at the front instead of 89. I've also made another £75 OP to my BTL and have updated the one post that in this thread that I use for the BTL stuff.

When I got home last night there were letters from my mortgage provider confirming new payment details from next month following the base rate change so my residential mortgage is now being charged at 0.5% and my BTL at 2.5%.

Although I'm pleased with the OP's I'm not paying as much as I'd like and this is because I'm building my money back up as I borrowed a bit from my stooze pot last year - I know there's nothing I can do about this but it niggles me that I could be making double the OP's I am if I wasn't repaying the stooze back - I can't have it all ways though and the remainder of the stooze will be repaid in July and September then I can really ramp up the OP's.

In fact I have a confession to make :o At the minute my 'normal' payment plus my OP totals £100 less than I was paying before I started OPing and my mortgage rate was at it's highest - not very good is it!

Thats all for now then as I must get organised and get out to do some errands!

    Regards

Once your stooze poy is 'full' I'm sure you'll be back on track!

Hope you had a good weekend
