LOL- I did just that and discovered she is suggesting a donation of £10 to visit her site.

I read it as her suggesting £10 to pay her to put a link on her site. Not for visiting her site.
Pay off CC debt by Xmas 2017 #095 £0 of £11,416

I don't think my site is quite worth £10 a look!
It's nice that you wanted an update... It's going pretty well. I'm going to put a running total on the site soon so people can keep up to date with the money rolling in. Or trickling very slowly in - which ever it'll be!
I've also learnt a lot about budgeting and being good with money for once - so lessons are being learnt along with money being made.

I was all up for your idea, but I foolishly thought that you would be paying the debt off yourself, and not COPYING save.karyn (if you havent read the book, I can assure you that onegirl's website is exactly the same!!!)

Good luck to you if you can pull it off though.

Just not so sure it will teach you anything, and you'll probably find yourself in debt again somewhere down the line.

Why were you foolish in thinking I was going to pay off the debt myself? That's exactly what I am trying to do... I'm not taking donations from anyone.
I am learning a lot and fingers crossed I won't find myself in debt again.

But your site has a link for donations via paypal? And you are trying to get publicity from the papers? How is this trying to pay it off yourself?
