    GRRR

T'internet has been up and down like a wh0re's drawers this last three days. There was outage during the day on Thursday, outage for several hours last night and again this evening, two lots of outages.

Once I dare to feel the thing is stable again, I'm going to email BT Openwoe and let them know what I think of their service! It's been fine for years, but now .... Huff!

 ORF ops - I'll refrain from giving Buster's new address until Monday evening - in an attempt to stop having to send you updated IPs....

I havent watched any of it lil_me, but I loved Jodie when she was on The Biggest Loser UK. She won it, losing something incredible like 7 stones? I cant quite remember, but it was a huge amount. I hope she does well in this show.

I just found her website, WOW, never even heard of that programme, she's fab, what a great personality, she had me in tears laughing at the auditions. Going to have a mooch through some of the weightloss stuff on her site. I resisted the icecream craving this evening :o was feeling guilty for the deli sandwich from McDs earlier :o :rotfl:

Soappie sorry to hear you're having tinternet issues, hope you get it sorted soon x
One day I might be more organised...........

  • I'm feeling really down - have been on night shift since 1830 last night when everyone else was at a friend's hen night and then an hour ago an elderly passenger collapsed in the terminal and died in front of me....not a nice shift.

I've never seen anyone die or be defibbed up close and personal and I hope I don't again in a hurry. I feel all wobbly now as with my medical phobia I'm not great with sickness/injuries etc.

Have still got an hour and a half left before I go home - just hope that I can sleep without seeing the poor fellas face.

It's my OHs birthday today - somehow think that I won't feel like going out and celebrating with him this afternoon before I'm back here. Sometimes life just sucks.................
    I'd rather be watching CSI!

    Morning all

Likklegibbon - big hugs. That must have been awful to watch.

I seem to have internet access again this morning. But for how long - who knows! It's definitely a problem at BT's end rather than my end- someone else local using BT Openwoe has had exactly the same outages.

Right, I must get dressed and then head to Tesco - never got around to doing that yesterday. I'm hoping it'll be quiet first thing and everyone is at home watching the marathon.

Washing half on the line and half on the airere - hedging my bets and it wouldn't all fit in one place anyhow. Camp bed stripped and next wash ready to go on.

Dalies done and tom soup cooking in the AGA for lunch. OH gone to footie with DS1 and 3 I need to get in the shower to take DS2 soon.

Beds/ironing and what I can of my leftovers for me today and then a plan for next week.

    Morning all :D

I've been awake on and off since 5.30 as I forgot to close my curtains last night but couldn't be bothered to get out of my warm bed this morning to shut them :rotfl::rotfl: Gave in and got up at 9.30.

Decided that since I did nothing really yesterday except laundry I should really get my list finished today. So here we go :
    • WM (bedding, [strike]cleaning cloths[/strike])
    • Dry all the washing.
    • IRONING
    • Clean oven - tea Friday night "boiled" over all over the bottom of it. Will put the spray on in a minute and leave it soaking for a while ;)
    • Wipe kitchen window
    • Make DD's bed - but I'm going to go to Asda first and buy her a new quilt/pillow set as hers need replacing and they're on offer ATM
    • Packed Lunch FOR TOMORROW
    • Bed
    • Bathroom S&S
    • Dishes
    • Kitchen S&S after the dishes
    • Finances
    • Lunch
    • Tea
    • Make doctors appointment for sometime this month Tomorrow's list.
    • Update CV
    • RING COUNCIL Leaving this for the minute as I got a letter through yesterday saying I'm getting the "school clothing allowance" but I got the letter twice so we'll wait and see. So I am getting the benefits in theory. :D
Right, my Asda opens at 10.30 so I should really shift myself and get that done. Will right a list this time so I don't forget anything! :o

Ooo and I have ebay stuff finishing tonight and I have bids on 5 of my things!:j:j Fees are covered at least :D I am sick of getting "buy it now" requests and people asking if I will accept another form of payment other than Paypal  I only take paypal the first time I list an item, if I relist I take postal orders but thats it!:rolleyes:

Now if turbo lister would work, that would be great....

I know just what you mean there, I have uninstalled and reinstalled so many times now, I am well fed up. Almost lost the will to live with it, I have a go for a while and ten have to walk away otherwise the PC would be out the window and smashed up on the drive!

'Stole' some more pics of Dad for his birthday album, A and I went through them last night so ALL I have to do now is scan them in and get them back to Mum and Dad's before he notices that they are missing! Decided to say A has a school project if he says anything ;) So my main job to day is to get them all scanned in.

We ended up going to see Horton hears a Who at the cinema with my sis and her kids. It was the first time I had been with either of our kids as DH had taken A before while I looked after W and W had never been before so was very excited. He thought the trailers were the 'show' :rotfl: they had a great time.
