By the way, found an online teaching assistant course which says it is the equivalent to and NVQ level 2 and is recognised by the teaching board. It's called ABC Teaching Assistant (voluntary work based). Have any of you wonderful teachers heard of it at all?
My qualifications are by NCFE - I have heard of ABC but I didn't know they'd started doing a TA course. Might be worth checking with the school your kids go to or your local education authority and just checking that they would accept it. I would have thought so - are you doing your volunteering at your chiklren's school? They should ask for a letter to say you've been accepted as a volunteer there as your tutor will have to come out and assess you. That probably hasn't been any help at all but if you do decide to do the course I've done that and level 3 so I may be able to help out if you get stuck.

I use tesco and asda bags as padding then the thicker bags like next etc to wrap them up in.
Managed to photo 6 things, as everything else needs ironed first.
Time to get dinner started. Should I make the kids something quick and make Kung Po chicken for myself and OH when he comes home at 9.30pm? The chicken has to be used today....

Happy birthday little Mudbath
Sure I posted earlier, where it's gone I don't know? Oh well, only posted to say I'd done nothing much but had loads to do, done laods since so feel better now. So pleased I didn't redo DSs bed yesterday or I'd have threw a right strop when he wet it last night.
Been and bought some more fish, we have a massive snail issue in the tank, tried loads of treatments and nothings worked so got some clown loachessnail suckers!!! Spent a fortune £15 on the fish then we needed a new net, stone and algae cleaner oh and a treat for Sonic
oh well, done now.
Had a right strop followed by a massive arguement with DP this morning, well I said what I think that I am sick of the fact we live seperate lives as in me and the kids, then him seperate doing his own thing and is there much point us living in the same house if it's going to stay like this? I think I got my point across, if he does anything to change it will be another matter. I think I just got to the end of my tether with it all, he started working less hours (at a cost to us as a family) to spend more time with the boys but they're seeing him less.
Right this evening, laundry and more laundry. Kitchen needs a quick tidy as does the living room, then laundry mountain to put away....exciting huh?! :rotfl:One day I might be more organised...........
