LG (((hugs))) hope you manage to get some sleep. But as pigpen says, he wasn't alone and not in pain.

going over to see my mummy in an hour, I should really tidy the house and myself and the kids up first. I can't be arsed.

I sewed! My fave jeans had a rip in the inner thingh area and I sewed it up. It will do for another couple washes I guess. I'm no good at sewing, I got cramp after that and one half of a leg hemming DH wprk trousers. May borrow my mums sewing machine. I fancy a handbag made out of a cute pair of DS2's old jeans.

Back from Asda & Aldi - £5 for a 10.5tog single duvet & pillow :D I'm happy and I'm sure DD will be too :rotfl:Spent another £5 on fruit & salad stuff including buying 3 loaves of reduced SP Brown bread which I've just stood and seperated into clingfilmed piles of 8 slices and slung in the freezer ;):D Saving 26p per loaf :T:money: Then I popped into Aldi to see what the offers on the fruit & veg was in there and ended up coming out with £10 worth of fruit and veg :o:rotfl: Although that includes 3 bags of frozen mixed fruit, a pineapple, rhubarb, kiwis, honeydew melon, plums and grapes :D I have consumed so much junk food that I've put weight back on :o SOOOOO this week its a concerted effort to increase fruit & veg intake and drop the chips and junk food ;) We'll have to see how it goes though.

Right, still trying to juggle washing here, I think I might risk putting some of the bedding out on the line. But the forcast is showers ALL day  Also need to do another batch of dishes.

Afternoon everyone and belated Happy Birthdays, so many in the space of a week or so.

Johanne i'm very sorry to here of your loss and i hope today isn't to diffecult.

Pigpen that nail looked so sore and congrats on the job.

    Lg big hugs.

Went shopping yesterday with DD and my sister, bit of a girls day out and came home with a boot full (mostly sisters) but did manage to clear and clean the boys room and hubby had the dishes all stacked up for me coming home (didn't think about washing them:rotfl: ).

DS1's lip is healing well and he'll be back to school monday:j but DS2 how has a rash all over the back of the knees which looks the same as DS1's so need to make an appointment tomorrow for the doctors and see if it's excema(sp) as well:confused: .

Today have done 3 loads of washing, cleared DD's room and lit the fire. Next will be dinner and more washing (does it ever end:rotfl: ).
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

Soappie you made me smile with the pin thing - you come across as far to sensible to take part in such things.

My guess - in the cutlery draw

Right need to see if I can find some where for another lot of washing to dry and put all the muddy wet stuff in the machine.

Hoover upstairs and make DS3 bed.

Tia pleased he made up for it!!

LG, thnking of you, not something that is nice to witness ever, happy birthday to your OH and hope you managed to get some sleep x

Johanne, never nice dealing with that sort of thing, please take things easy

Well I've been lazy so far, took me ages to get myself pulled round and woken up after a bad nights sleep then DP up early rattling around, putting his mates cars on the drive etc etc before he went away didn't help. Boys are driving me nuts getting loads of toys out in one room, then more in another etc so I got a little annoyed and they've been told the bedroom, living room and landing (hence I got annoyed as I slipped on the stairs) needs clearing of toy before they even consider emptying more out in the conservatory!! I know it's nice that they're just playing considering they've been stuck inside loads because of the weather but I'd rather they didn't demolish ever room...........

Right, enough moaning, where is my list??!!

    EDIT FOUND IT

Weekend list.. get those other halves and children involved too!!

Do a DIY task that you have been putting off for the last 10 years
No, not painting when kids are off, might think of something else
[strike]Change any bedding that needs it, or you missed through the week [/strike]
Bung a few bits of swag on ebay

Start sorting DS2s cupboard of doom! You open the door and it trys to kill you!!
[STRIKE] Try to fix main PC (DPs fubared it) [/STRIKE]

poohbear WELL DONE!! I wish I only had 3 left to go :rotfl: most of the 'diets' go for spirits with a sugar free/low cal/diet mixer. I don't drink often so don't take much notice.

Pooh bear - well done you. I think Champagne is the lowest cal alcoholic drink hence why stars/supermodels drink it.

Sugar shakes here. I've done our room and DS2 room. DS3 room next. Downstairs is trashed again so hope I can get the upstairs finished and then this week do one downstairs room a day plus sort all my stuff for the NCT sale on Saturday. OH reminded me that he is overseas from Wednesday until next Monday so I have the joy of all next week's footie on my own.

    Hi all

Still getting back to normal after the visitors! Another long lie in coz DH not home. He sets his alarm on weekends, but doesn't get up when it goes off, so I wake up and then can't get back to sleep! Anyway, DS and I both had a nice long lie today, which we needed.

Just got an Ab Chair on Freecycle, very good condition, so hopefully there'll be a slimmer me soon!

I've managed my dailies, and hope to be flying high next week. Just off to do some more wallpaper stripping.
