They have an hour to phone me ;) or I will turn into a really furious person who is annoyed that a/ she had to wait for one of their "specialists"to come out to measure up b/ had to wait 2 weeks for the 1st replacement, c/ they gave me the wrong fitting day and I was waiting round like a numpty all day for nobody to show up, d/ the fitter showed up at 1pm and he was supposed to be here "in the morning".

sorry and thanks - I feel better for getting that off my chest...

ok meal plan finished, food ordered, just going to use my clubcard vouchers to order some wine (there is a double up thing where on the wine site they are worth 2x face value) and then will finish the kitchen - I have been "pottering" in there for the last hour and can't really see what I have done

    Catch you all soon!

Nikki - regarding school wear, Michelle's advice is spot on. I however wear black trousers all year round but thats because I keep a black jacket in my office in case at anytime I need to appear smarter. Also means that of parents evening I don't have to change - just putting on the jacket makes me look professional. Almost any top can go with that except o course anything low cut
We don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.

Regarding school attire.. I always find it quite.. unpleasant.. when you go to school and the teachers have their innards as outards.. I think the students actually have a different attitude towards them if they dress formally rather than casually.. it also makes a difference to how the parents respond to them as well.. Some schools have dress codes anyway for the staff.. not a uniform but a list of what not to wear!! Or at least the 2 high schools mine attend do.

DS2 and Tiddles have just been kicked out of the bathroom .. Ds2 was 'OCD' washing his hands.. and tiddles was just slopping in the sink like 3 year olds do.. I can't leave him for 5 minutes.. he is worse than her!!
