Many mortgage lenders are cutting tracker and variable rates for existing customers as the dust settles on the Bank of England's decision to cut the base rate from 4% to 3.75% just days ago. If you're on one of these types of mortgages, here's what's happening to your rate.
Octopus Energy customers on fixed tariffs WILL see the proposed '£150 energy saving' announced in the Autumn Budget passed on to their bills, the provider has announced. Martin Lewis has been lobbying the Government in recent weeks to ensure the savings aren't just applied to those on standard variable tariffs, but to all fixes too.
