At least she has you on her side Pigpen

I cleaned the bathroom, emptied the upstairs bins, WMx1, DWx 1, changed the cat litter and dysoned three rooms. Now very shaky but at least I will be able to have a long soak in a clean bath tonight.

I've spent all afternoon and I mean ALL afternoon cleaning my oven. Its now as clean as its ever going to be. I did wash the floor but I've since slopped so much greasy water over it that it needs doing again. As do the cupboard fronts which I've managed to splatter too. Must remember to clean oven first next time.

I have an informal chat about a job at 8am tomorrow. A bit unexpected, especially as I haven't applied for anything. Part time flexi hours with all the school holidays off. I have a huge cheesy grin on my face. I've done loads of volunteering at school recently to save my sanity now the littlest has started full time. I haven't worked since I found out I was pregnant with my first so after 9 years its going to come as a bit of a shock. I was planning to be a slummy mummy but being at home staring at the walls is slowly driving me nuts. Lovely as you all are there are only so many hours in a day that I can spend on the computer. Ordinarily I'd discuss something like this with my OH but hes unreachable on holiday in the Sahara for the next month. Men just when you want 'em they disappear! The kids think its a brilliant idea. They're like my own mini cheerleading squad.

  • I got pressies!!!

Oh how lovely a mahoooosive box of goodies from Lush full of posh bath stuff. There is enough there to last me a year its that big!!! A smaller box from Lush with bath bombs in from a friend. Delia's how to cheat at cooking cook book and a voucher for an Apple Ipod Touch 32gb. And from the kids a build-a-bear teddy with a voice thingy inside with all three of the girls wishing me happy birthday. I am very happy, gonna have a naughty tea and chocolate birthday cake for after.
