I got one of these extendible baking tray I can adjust it so I can slide it into the oven on the grooves, just like an extra shelf. Check your oven isn't wider than 52cm, and it should work.
Thanks Ceirdwyn, that would be ideal, and theres an Aldi near me, my oven is only 44cm..heres hoping they have some left...got a day off work tomorrow so im gonna go and see.
Thanks Butterfly Brain, mine is just a single oven(grill is incorporated at top of oven too)

My MiL actually uses a cooling rack on the bottom of her oven when she's run out of space. It seems to work for her.Debt: 16/04/2007:TOTAL DEBT [strike]£92727.75[/strike] £49395.47:eek:   £43332.28 repaid 100.77% of £43000 target.MFiT T2: Debt [STRIKE]£52856.59[/STRIKE] £6316.14 £46540.45 repaid 101.17% of £46000 target.2013 Target: completely clear my [STRIKE]£6316.14[/STRIKE] £0 mortgage debt. £6316.14 100% repaid.0

My fan oven has two shelves and I bought a third:

I have tried cooking with a baking tray just in the bottom of the oven before but the results weren't great so I tend to stick to just the three proper shelves now.The idea of a cooling rack in the bottom sounds good though - I think as long as there's some air underneath whatever is cooking then it would work.

I just thought, I wouldn't use it to stand something heavy on, like a casserole, but for things that you would normally put on a baking sheet, it's fine.+++ Divide By Cucumber Error. Please Reinstall Universe And Reboot +++

I've got three as well. Two inside the oven and one that sort of sits on the door. You load it up from there and as you close the door it glides into the oven. Hope that makes sense.0

I've 2 in the main fan oven and one that sits in the bottom of the top oven under the grill tray which I can use in either oven . But the air doesn't circulate so well if I try and use all 3 at once.. 2 is better#6 of the SKI-ers Club :j
