Selling my house - was expecting an offer today??

Hi Guys,

Well I got my camera out and took some new photos which the sun was out of the outside of my property and here is the result:-

Comments please. Please note only the outside ones have changed as I couldn't better the inside ones as I haven't got a wide angle camera.

I have been reading through this post and found it very interesting.

We too have just put our house on the market (last Thurs). We have had 2 viewings. The first ones seemed really keen (FTB), but have since dissapeared off the face of the earth and estate agent can't get hold of them - surprise surprise!

The second lady (last night) only stayed about 5 minutes and looked as if she couldn't stand the place. We are waiting to hear back, but I don't hold out much hope!

Have no more viewings booked at the moment.

Good to see this thread again, I was hoping you'd sold:o
I think someone else posted about not having enough photos, it would be nice to see the dining area & the 3rd bedroom, it would be nice to see the lounge from the other end as well, is there a window in the kitchen?
I'm still looking at houses around here, the more expensive ones are starting to lower their prices in line with ours, at last !

Our house eventually went up for sale last week. At the weekend the EA rang and said they had a lady who wanted to see it, so we arranged for Sunday at 5pm. She turned up on Saturday at 5pm to say she couldn't make it the next day as she was busy but would ring the EA Monday (yesterday) to make a further appt.

We haven't had any call so it seems that she has changed her mind or was not happy that we had not invited her in on the Saturday when she unexpectedly turned up (but with four kids and messy house there was no chance).

So here's hoping that all of us sellers have some viewers soon!
