Which US ATM's charge no fee?

There used to be (no charges permitted for overseas cards) but US anti-trust law put paid to that.

Now the individual bank/machine owner can decide whether to charge or not.

Leaving for California on Wednesday - used WAMU last September/October - no charge. Can Moto or anyone else please let me know if WAMU is still not charging and if they are does anyone know of any fee-free ATMs where I can withdraw cash using my Nationwide Flex account Visa debit card?

Thanks but I am confused about this because I used the Costco one last year and I was charged. The blurb seems to be aimed at encouraging retailers etc to have one of the ATMs fitted and says "Your ATMs Do Not Participate—Keep Your Surcharge Revenue." which suggests that they may be surcharge free to the store owner but not to the customer?

I'll try the Union banks as suggested by Mark and if I get a chance I'll check a couple of those listed too.

Not convinced by that All Point website and wouldn't take it as gospel.

I've just checked for Vegas and ATM's they say are free I know for a fact charge.

We returned from the USA on 10th Sept after travelling through California, Nevada and Arizona. Bank of America charged $3 per transaction but US Bank had no fee.
