MRSMIX - I hope you're not too sore after the nasty vampire lady. I also hope you get a parking bay sorted out; parking's bad enough as it is these days. My local authority suggested charging people to park on the road outside their own homes recently! They've shelved it but only till after the local elections, I bet. I'm lucky to have a drive with space for three cars but lots of people have to park on the road. Needless to say, the councillors who liked the idea all have drives and garages! They'll stop at nothing to get more money from the hard-working rest of us, won't they?

Well, off to have some lunch then tackle the ironing!

    See you all later.

Elona invited me to say hello on this thread after I praised the Old Style Board for its lovely members. It came from a thread that started on the Discussion Thread and ended up on the Suggestions Board. I wouldn't bother going to look for it - it was definitely a blood on the carpet type thread.

The general complaint was that there were too many cliques and newbies were unwelcome, which is tosh. So I recommended this board.

So, hello to all here, to this lovely sunny spot on MSE, and now I am going to whiz off to look after DS, put away a HUGE delivery from Sainsburys and get tea ready for DH.

I'll be popping in again though, now I'm invited :D
    Always another chapter
