Penny-Pincher!!

Afternoon Guys!

DD still quite poorly. Her monthlys are getting very heavy and think she will need to go to the GP next month if it happens again.

My friend has been on the phone about our holiday this afternoon telling me about special offers at Morrisons ATM on ready meals (chow mein, beef in black bean sauce etc)....I said that we dont really eat that many ready meals and our limit was the occasional lasagne or liver and mash. She said that they eat pizza/salad, frozen ready meals and tinned veg etc etc daily:eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: but eat alot of take-aways on top. They are going to get a shock as we are in the middle of nowhere:D We have offered to do a roast dinner on the Sunday but they are on their own for the rest of the holiday;) Ive sorted out some tinned stuff and other bits we are taking already.

Anyway, hope everyone is ok.

has anyone heard from Queenie and Frizzhead .....hope your okay guys!!

Not too sure but think DH may have left Apparently life is !!!!!!(true) and most of it is my fault(not true):eek: Aw well. Worse things happen at sea. Will keep you all posted. Hi Everyone,
Haven't been around for a while - feeling a bit sorry for myself-really quite down. Youngest son is trying very hard but still wants his wife back. I feel so guilty not being stronger for him and my O.H. who looks so worried when ever he sees me. I know thAT IT IS ONLY A QUESTION OF TIME BUT HOW LONG!!!!!
Winge out of the way now.
I have been very busy today. I have been to the gym and washed both my O.H. car and mine and also made some soup and a spag bol. So I am keeping busy.
Love to everyone out there and hugs to all that need them.
Sun is out at the moment so life isn't all bad.

well I saw my dad this morning at the new home he's happy and seems to be geting better although I did have to have words with the member of staff and another resident they were gossiping about my dad and I could hear it all so I just politely told them if they wanted to know anything they could ask me direct and then they would have their facts right
I came home put dh's dirty boiler suits in the wash and decided what to have for dinner now all I have to do is cook it but as its only shepherds pie it won't take longsee you later

Hey guys :j

Sorry I didn't post yesterday, ended up at the hospital early Sunday morn to see the out of hours doctor, as the pain in my nose and face had got unbearable.

It turns out I've got a nasal infection which has spread to the soft tissue in my face which explains my sore nose and cheek lol I didn't sleep at all sunday night, as my face was throbbing so ended up going to the hospital. They prescribed me some ointment for the inside of my nose, antibiotics and some painkillers, so spent yesterday dosing on and off trying to get some sleep now the pain had eased.

So as you can guess not alot of OS going on in my house at mo. Did manage to drag myself to work today for a few hours, felt I shouldn't phone in sick as I have not been there long, and didn't want to make a bad impression.

Dinner tonight is pie, mash and veg quick and easy that OH can cook, so I can chill out

Quite sunny in Dudley this evening,took the girls shopping[whod have thought poundland would give them pleasure!!!!!!!] they had lots of craft things so they can tell there teacher[well eldest DD] all about there holidays[even though they havent gone anywhere] but im sure Titanic would get a mention!!!!!!!!!Minted lamb chops for tea-yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but im going to have me a cup of tea now!!!

ds1 getting better, he had a big sleep in the afternoon and hasnt been sick today and is managing to eat some, im still feeling really queasy so not eating much but have lost 4lbs this week:j prob all go back on when i start eating better again though:rolleyes:
