i've always gone by the mantra 'money is coming easily to me'. it stops me focusing on how much i haven't got!! i've also found that since joining this thread i spend less. i'm trying to get rid of all my carp iny house so there seems little point buying more carp. we're defintely getting through less money each month much to my surprise.

i have to say though, the benefits office seem to make it very hard to put a claim in. four weeks of not working and i've still not had any money from them. it looks like they'll back pay me in four weeks time which is when i start working again. mad! but....money is coming easily to me, money is coming easily to all flyladies!!! xx

    *rant alert*

I've had enough. Kids have been fighting all day since school. Both screaming at me that he did this he did that, little one pulling at me, nipping me throwing things at me when I ignore him (because he is just walking around bawling for no reason), bigger one being a cheeky little sod. Little one decies to take his nappy off and pee wherever he is, no warning or anything. He has done it 3 times since nursery! Then I send bigger one to his room to find his anchor boys t shirt (over your radiator) and school trousers (wherever you took them off). 4 times he went up and wandered back with nothing. So I went up and guess what? Room is a disaster. Things pulled down, thrown around chaos.

So then I snapped. Grabbed jammies (after sorting the worst of the mess) shoved them on them, threw them in bed amid yells of 'not fair!' so I took the tv off them too. Still wailing now.

And OH (no bloody darling for him today) wouldn't even get up with the kids this morning so I could have a lie in. Why not? because I never do it for him (uhm, Sunday?? I got up left you in bed. You then got up cos your mate was coming down, oh and no, you didn't actually mention that to me either!) so he gets up to take DS1 to school (at 8.50am!) and starts shouting and swearing at him. I got up and go them dressed and sorted out and took DS1 to school (with DS2).

I've had enough. He is either staring at his phone texing his mates, playing xbox (and swearing at us because we get in the way), watching crap on TV or sneaking off to work early. I need to talk to him but think I will just get angry accuse him of seeing someone and generally tell him that if he wants to be a w***er then he can sod the hell off and do it on his own! I'm so frustrated at him and it's making me snappy with the kids. And I'm ill and feeling generally sorry for myself too. and also    *stamps foot, holds breath till face goes red etc*

    *rant over*

I made bolognaise. Do I have left over red pepper and garlic or bolgnaise for my dinner?

Glad I'm not the only one with 2 small children and a bigger one to drive me up the wall. Mine waits until we've all gone to bed to play on his playstation but then gets carried away and turns up the surround sound and the subwoofer so that an exploding enemy tank wakes me and the kids. They have been known to hide under the dining table following an overhead air raid. Not sure how many varients there are of WWII shoot 'em ups but we appear to own 30 odd and I really can't tell the difference.
