    Hiya,
it'd be good if it was value flour newlywed, it'd be less than 10p per ciabatta!:money:

had a great find today, 375g of little sour windfall apples!

I'm gonna make me some sour apple bhajee, out of my ' 1000 indian recipes book'.

I'll post my results in a bit...

    They're stewing away now.

    How's everyone's day been?

    Weezl x

Well ya aint having beans on toast so there! Migraine dowt to do with you - more stressful day yesterday followed by a dose of TLC which I love to administer but also sometimes find exhausting which I'm surre you understand! Plus have had migraine since I was 16 & can get them at the drop of a hat so dont worry bout it! Beans on toast...outrageous...as if...(goes away muttering doesent she know me better by now lol!)
Ps newlywed meant to say I HAD a bread machine but flogged it as much prefer the texture & process of making my own bread so no worries there! Once you get into it you'll love it! Plus for the days that you cant be bothered theres the quick recipe (posted earlier) that take 5 mins to literally chuck togeather & no kneading required & its not too hard!
PPs Weezl I ant never goig food skip diving! Just saying that now just in case you get the urge while in my presence!! EVER!! Skip diving for wood is another matter of course!

Is that plain plain flour (as in pastry making - as in value plain flour) and not bread flour? :D

'Morning our weezl (and all who follow).

Cor...you've got your "thinking head" on already at this time of a morning....takes some of us (okay me!) 2 cups of industrial strength coffee before we do! (Errr....says she - who didnt even have her "thinking head" on yesterday evening......).

Well...you're nearly there at the finishing post now Weezl...so I reckon you can give yourself a pat on the back on the back and take a bow...that reminds me..:T (thinks...gotta do the round of applause bit :D )
