I 've just been to tescos at Ashford park farm branch & got 2 lots of tesco medium cheese & 4 rolled shoulder joints of pork. I walked over to where the products were with the customer service & pointed out where the errors were. She left the old point of sale on the fridges. But I got another £28 refunded no questions asked.0

In tesco's Abingdon the baby monitor mentioned earlier was marked up at £99.99, so no luck there
Had probs with c/s and meat manager over refund for gammon joints,
still lots on shelf though, mispriced - unsmoked and smoked, 750g size.0 -
leedm33 wrote:As its my first post i thought i would pose a question on tesco wrong prices. On a couple of occasions i have seen the same product with two different shelf edge labels, one with the correct pricing and one with the incorrect price, ie cheaper than the pricing on the product. Where would i stand with requesting a refund here? I saw it today with large packs of frying steak, and have seen it before with 'healthy living' chicken breast.
It sounds like you have spotted a potential freebie, as long as the packs are the same weight range as sometimes offers vary on different pack sizes, but certainly the healthy living chicken is one of the products being regularly scooped at the moment but waning a little, the shelf edge reads £7.03 per kilo and pack price reads £7.50 per kilo, some other posters have mentioned various packs of beef mispriced also.Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.Together we can make a difference.0 -
I picked up some mispriced Chicken yesterday but the store manager refused to refund me and give me the chicken. I even called Customer Services from the store but they said that they could not override the managers decision. I have emailed a complaint but am still awaiting a response. Has anyone else had this happen annd complain to HO?0

Spotted this on-line...www.tesco.com
Whiskas Senior Pouch Selection In Gravy 4 X 100g
Comes up as 1p.
Did try ordering some, but they sent an alternative. Best to add a note saying "No Replacements" if you give it a go. Or you can just send them back when they arrive.

oohh.....which store was this at? - as it is their advertised policy they cannot back out of this - it is not discretionary policy. They are of course at liberty to remove this policy, but they have to remove the signage displayed at every customer service desk. I would be on the phont to TS and the local rag0

I'd trot straight to trading standards armed with my evidence and relate the whole incident to them and on my return home contact the advertising standards agency as it is also included in their tv campaign THEY CANNOT BACK OUT no matter what they tell you they are committed to fulfill refund and replace until such time as they publicly withdraw it.Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.Together we can make a difference.0 -
The Value Red Leicester was mispriced in my local tonight, something like £3.79/Kilo on shelf and £3.86 on pack. Didn't grab any, although I did pick up a receipt off the ground on my way in and get it scanned onto my clubcard- for a whole one point. Hey, it's 4p in deals:rotfl:.0

After reading through the thread I decided to have a look in our local Tesco's & after a good look around I noticed Rib Roast Beef Joint £5.67 per Kilo on the shelf & £5.68 on the label £9.41 for the nicest joint.
Took the joint to CS & after a quick check & a phone call £9.41 refunded & free joint of beef for Sunday.
I did ask if this was a regular occurrence & the girl stated that every product/shelf price is checked daily (think not)
So thanks to those who noticed the problem with Tesco's0 -
Tried this for the first time today. Had my baby with me and she was being difficult so I only picked up 1 item to try - the bacon joint.
Some confusion from the CS staff over why I was overcharged but after they made a quick phonecall I heard "The label was supposed to be changed yesterday...refund him."0
