Has anyone here received the promised 'FREE' Freeview Box that was advertised when you signed up with Talk Talk on the Cash Back Kings?
The transaction has been validated, but we have as yet not recieved the cashback, I do realise of course it is early days yet for this.
I sent an email to CashBackKings asking about the offer of the Freeview box, and they said anything offered I should take up with Talk Talk.
I would be interested to see if anyone else has got theirs. When man sacrifices the Love of POWER for the Power of Love, there will be peace on earth.0 -
PLEASE can anyone reply to my post. I joined TalkTalk through Cashbackkings, but it has not been validated for some strange reason. Has this happened to anyone else? (I joined of the 30th March)
I have contacted TalkTalk, and the person I spoke to said they have never heard of a Cashback offer, he even asked his manager
He advised me to take it up with Cashbackkings which I have done today. Had this happened to anyone else? When man sacrifices the Love of POWER for the Power of Love, there will be peace on earth.0 -
If you only did this on 30/3, then you haven't waited long enough to get paid yet.0

Thank you Quentin for your reply, On further investigation I have discovered that the Talk talk transaction has NOT been validated. I joined Cashbackkings, and on going into my account, noticed the words "awarded" and showed -£5 (which is their fee) but there is no sign at all of the promised cash back.
All very strange and annoying. I would appreciate it if anyone else HAS been paid would let me know how long it took.

I joined talktalk through Uswitch which from the moneysavingexpert site said would pay the first 2 months line rental. Clicked through it to Uswitch and applied (though it did strike me as odd that Uswitch site didn't mention it). Just got first TalkTalk bill and no discount... any one else wondering where their discount is?0

I've been in discussion about both this and the connection fee issue. I've been promised that both will be refunded but it still hasn't happened. I'm 'expecting' it to be on my next bill.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -

I have just received my first bill from TalkTalk and the connection fee rebate and 2 months free line rental aren't on there either. I'll try contacting the customer services guy that Martin Lewis gave us the contact details for (Stephen Fell) again.!!!!!!_here wrote: »I've been in discussion about both this and the connection fee issue. I've just had to contact him (yet again). My bill appeared with no refund, despite a promise that it had been verified and would be there.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0
