As it happens we found out a friend offer £185 on it a year ago ans some other friend of frien was waiting for the auction so we decided to got for it
a rightmove serch on 4 bed detached in a mile radius shows up the next one at £230 grand so its actually worth it and apparently theres fish in the river at the back too
I dont like fishing I just fancy hitting them with sticks

In West Sussex we wouldn't pay such a cheap, common price of £170,000 for that piece of land. We'd up it to 200k at least!

One of my in-laws defines a Jew as someone who can buy from the Scots, sell in Yorkshire, and turn a good profit.
