A house isn't a home without a cat.
Those are my principles. If you don't like them, I have others.
I have writer's block - I can't begin to tell you about it.
You told me again you preferred handsome men but for me you would make an exception.

8 grand !!!!!!
Nooooo! Don't do it!
My "funky @assed" kitchen cost that including the granite and the Smeg appliances. H has some magic touch - he's possibly giving favours to the MFI lady. :rotflL
Our friends have bough that kitchen from MFI. H took their quote of £12,000 for units and worktops and got it down to £5000.
Get B&Q and MFI to come out to you as well and then play them off against each other big style. And Howdens, bcause you can. The units only we got B&Q down from £9000 to £5100. MFI came down to £4800 and I had £1000 worth of tesco vouchers to add to that :dance:Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

I'm not, for even a second, suggesting it would. Just that he mightn't get Sarah Beeny or the bikini! Maybe his gardener would do it in a bikini for a small fee.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
