Several weeks  ago I went online and opted to have future prizes paid direct into my bank account instead of being paid paper warrants yet last month I won £25 and was still sent a paper warrant.
Have logged into NS&I to check my new payment option was correctly registered, which it was.   Anybody else having this problem?   I've just won £25 in August so wondering how this prize will be paid.    Perhaps there is a Lockdown backlog with staff still working from home and delays in requests being activated?
It generally takes between 3 and 6 working days from announcement of the monthly wins for them to arrive in your current account.

A measly £75 between OH and me on £100K.  Good news last month when my youngest grandchild (aged 2) got her first £25. I think she has about £2k in bonds, so a good result. 3 out of 4 grandchildren have won £25 in the past 6 draws - I'm not sure that ever happened for me in my first 50 years of bond ownership (first £1 bond bought in 1956... I'll never cash it in...just in hope)
    #2 Saving for Christmas 2024 - £1 a day challenge. £325 of £366

    £75 for me  ....return over last 12 months = 1.36% . (....last 24months = 1.24%)

    Happy with that.

Still waiting for one of my 9 x £2 purchased in 1956 to hit the jackpot. Or even a £25 prize :*

Is it normal that their website is still not showing prizes? When I go to my account, it shows no prize won for August. However, on the homepage, if I put my bond holder number, it shows some prizes... How can the same website show different information???

Well, I was going to make an NS&I-targetted response but, as the Halifax still thinks that we are in July, such temporal foolishness is not unique to NS&I. ... :)

Yes, it is strange. On your online account, it will take a couple of days, for the prize amount to reflect.
You will see credit in your account within 7 working days.
