1 £25 here. My prize history shows I won 1 £25 for May, though I won £100 last month and have already received the cheques. What a mess the NS&I site is!

Just logged onto my account and it says I have won 1x£25 this month, the online checker on the webpage only has May's winnings still.

It said May but when I logged in it showed my June win, when I went to Prize History.
OH has 3X£25, his 1st win in the 2 draws he's been in.

I logged in about 11.30 this morning to find i'd won £25.
Logged in again at 2 pm & i'd won a further 2 £25 prizes.
I'll log in again later & it might keep on going up up & up.
What a website, though, talk about a caffuffle just to find out if you've won.

I managed to lock myself out of the NS&I website - no idea why as my password was correct. Now have to wait for another to arrive in the post.

That happened to me in May, Sandblast, 1x £25 increased to a total of £100 later that day.

That happened to me when i tried to cash in some bonds last month. The security questions are absolutely daft...
"What time was your first child born..?"
"What is your eldest daughters middle name..?"
Awkward, particularly if your not blessed with children.
When i got the new password though i wrote all the answers down in a notebook & i should've done that in the first place.

Just checked back but mine is still at just the 1 x £25:(
