I am still waiting for my log in details four months after buying my £1000 bond. I tried to log onto the site and the server is down on the login part. I emailed them through the site about their crap service and asking for my money back. Its too much bother for the small chances so will put it in my ISA

Just noticed, it's not a site i generally visit. You have to put the number in of each bond, is that it ?
I can imagine NS&I receiving a number of complaints about this information being available on another website ahead of their own.
Very odd.

Luckily just your holder's number, that links to all the bonds you hold.

Got my first 'prize' last month, £50 on a £1000 holding which I've built up over the last year or so. Hence I'm well ahead of the odds, so don't expect another for as long as I live....
