I still cannot make head nor tail of this new "have you won" part of their website. As of today 5th May I assume all Mays winners are up and showing. When I put in my holders number and ask the site to check "this month" - it shows "sorry nothing" !!. When I request again for the last "six months" it shows Nov x2 Dec x1 Jan x1 and Mar x1 so if the last 6 months INCLUDES Nov the last 6 months should show April as month 6 !! - in other words does not count this month as month 6.

I too was confused. If you check last 6 months it shows all those months bar the current one, May. Then go to show this month and you'll see May's result. I have £100 for May and a total of £375 for all the recent months.

Do they send your winnings straight to your bank account now?

If you are registered and opt for it they do, when I won in March the money was in my account by the 8th of the month. This months winnings haven't gone into my account yet

I am registered but nowhere on the site can i find out how to have your winnings paid directly into your account.
They've got my account but in the nominated account field the only option is to change that account. No mention of prizes being paid into it.
Might have to ring them up. At least its a free number.

On my log in I go to Change Options on the left then make sure you Holder's/Account number is in the box and click Next, on the next page I put a tick in the box next to >
Prizes paid directly to my bank account with notification by email

You can also choose to have your prizes reinvested

Once you have logged onto NS&i online > select Preferences at the top > then select Change options on the left hand side > from the drop down menu select your Holders number & click Next, you should now be able to select the option to have any prizes paid out to your nominated bank account.

    Hope that makes sense ;)

P.s. you can also instruct NS&i over the telephone to have prizes paid out to your nominated bank account, phone number: 0500 007 007 (open every day from 7am till midnight).
