Kaz the party bags sound fab.

*wonders if the keyboard is playing nice now*

Hmmm, so turning the PC off for a while then banging the keyboard about a bit works. :T

OK, Been fed, dishes done  first in a while for me!

Kitchen still sparkly, loadsa washing done, floor will get mopped when kids in bed, they are just going there to watch a DVD before bed, Colour of Magic is coming on!

    Diet Plan

    1. Eat breakfast within an hour of getting up. Coffee is not breakfast.
    2. Have healthy snacks at 10am, 3pm and about 8pm.
    3. Have smaller portions
    4. Eat slowly and always leave a bit on your plate.
    5. Drink one glass of water per stone in weight per day (I guess 14 then) Coffee is not water.
    6. Eat some fruit after meals to combat the sweet craving.
    7. When an urge to stuff face with biscuits strikes, put hand cream on. Our hands could do with more attention and who can open a biscuit with slippy hands and who would want to eat a biscuit covered in hand cram anyway?

Went OK today. I had 2 jaffa cakes after dinner as a treat and a 6 mini eggs and a tiny chocolate egg throughout the day. Figured I best not go cold turkey off chocolate! :T Drank 8 glasses of water so far and only 3 coffees! And I managed to 'feel' when I was full during dinner and left the rest on my plate. Not OS or money saving but a lot better for me. So far I can say one good thing, my belly hasn't swollen up pregnant style! :j

Right kids room needs sorting and they can find a DVD.

I like the diet plan Tiamai - but I couldn't possibly drink a glass of water per stone. I would never leave the bathroom.

I can't bring myself to watch Colour of Magic - David Jason as Rincewind is just wrong. I would (almost) rather do the ironing......

Waiting for DH to get back, then boys to bed, out for a jog/walk (thanks again for the links everyone, really helped), and then back to do the ironing.

well I managed my first online shop, pretty much a month's worth (i know prob cheaper to do it weekly or fortnightly with the discounts!). will see how it goes. now i'm commuting i don't want to be going in the evenings and feel like i value my time more than my money!!

DH of course says 'that's a lot' when i calculated around £200 a month for both of us (yes, i know i could do it cheaper!) but considering he spends over £100 on coffee and lunch at work just for him i think he's got a cheek....

Just had a lovely 45 minutes sitting looking through my seed packets to see what I 'need' to buy - very little is the answer. I found loads of seeds I collected from the lovely garden at the house we stayed at in France last year so it will be interesting to see if they grow.

Mudbath BBC2 9:00 programme about reflexolgoy

Plan for the evening is to soak my feet with the pampering box a friend gave me for my birthday.
