    Hi Guys

    Better late than never here!

Been a busy weekend here, my sis and SIL's b'days on Sat, church yesterday and spending most of the rest of the day at Mum and Dad's as my Aunt came to stay for Easter. Then today is my niece's b'day so it's been non stop somehow.

Only just managing to get caught up on last weeks thread and the start of this weeks after watching F1 of course :p

No idea how much we will get done round here as kids are off til Thurs and then back at school for a week and a bit. Count me in for the gossip though.

We havent finished our antenatal classes either yet (cos I have been so ill) and the nursery isnt decorated and baby doesnt currently have anything to sleep in......So stitchy stitchy time!....:rotfl:

Please don't worry (easy I say I know) but you don't need the nursery for the first few weeks/months, our kids where in with us for almost 6 months. I had a relative whose family used an old drawer as a first bed for all new babies (large family, no money) I hasten to add they didn't shut the drawer at night! The drawer was put by the side of the parents bed.

The last thing you need is any additional stress at this point in time. Let nature take it's course and accept all offers of help.

Serena I am glad the situation has improved for your mum, I know what you mean about taking things further especially as you can see other people in the same situation. I also understand the hesitation as it can seem an enormous battle taking on the system, I wish you well whatever you decide.

sorry i've not read much but wanted to send hugs to johanne and mil. i've only got the wrist and it's driving me mad. really hope she's on the mend. lots of good wishes to you both.

OH told me this morning that his parents are coming a day early and staying with us before they go to their mobile home / caravan thing they've hired. so, my nice relaxing week off with the children is going to have to involve some cleaning. the good thing is that although i've not done much since my wrist broke the house is still much better than it ever used to be (thanks all fellow flyladies). really positive note - OH is currently painting the hall and realising he should have got on with the decorating a long time ago, lmfao! i'm going to make him paint until midnight!!!

only problem is i now how to find homes for the cat and dog as they're bringing their dogs with them who aren't used to cats. please keep me sane this week! xx

hugs to all who need them xx

    Hi  to the newbies.

I have decided to try and not eat chocolate at all. I have ate a lot the past couple of weeks. Its not good for me as Im not supposed to eat anything like that. It causes problems with my stomach and liver. I have worked out its not a craving I just see it and eat it. I figured that if I told you all then it was a start. So this is Day 1 and strangely enough the kids had eggs and I didnt have any. Need to do it so I can lose weight also. Have a few methods I can use if I get the urge.
