Wow well done on the assessments! Really don't know if I've done well in them or not because on the computer skills section I kept clicking the mouse by accident and you only get 2 goes at getting it right:o

Oh well, we'll soon find out!!

I wish you the best of luck tomorrow:D I've done a few telephone interviews recently but I am most nervous about tomorrow because the opportunity to work from home seems too good to be true.

Why don't you get onto livechat and ask if they have recieved your skills assessment? That's what I did and Dan told me 'Yes we have and you have passed all sections'. I wasn't expecting to be told that to be honest, I just wanted to make sure they had received them as I'd not got any confirmation.

I did appalling at the typing test - but then again I was balancing my laptop on my knee whilst having half an eye on Big Brother :rotfl:

Spoke to Ellen, who is so lovely. She is going to try and find me a space on the 7th July course (it is currently fully booked but she will try and come back to me tomorrow)

I'm so thrilled.

congrats, i am also on the 7th july course

had an email asking if i had received my paperwork and my basic disclosure Scotland and what date will it be completed

this has concerned me as

my contract/paperwork was sent on tuesday 17th june and the scotland disclosure was sent on friday 20th june

if this has been lost, this will not only be a problem for me and this job, but there is enough info in my hirepack for someone to do some naughty things

copy of my passport, bank details, name and address, national insurance number, a bill with name and address etc

Techmob, was it sent recorded or special delivery? In my company we are finding that mail is taking longer and longer to get to its destination. I have heard from my collection officer that Royal Mail are on an unofficial 'go slow'

I'm still waiting to hear from Ellen about the 7th July course. She was supposed to call me today

it was sent in the pre-addressed and pre-postage envelope as instructed

It could be that it simply hasn't been processed by the relevant department yet. I'd email them back and see what they say.

I just had an email from Ellen saying she is waiting for a headcount on the July 7 course.

I hope they can fit a little one in :undecided
