Another real work at home job (inbound sales)

I'm applying for the CRB next week and will do it online. Do you have a link Auddel? Ellen just said it was a Scotland Yard check. No worries there - I lead a sad and boring life!!!

I'm getting my company solicitor to do the ID verification. He won't charge me and has worked for my company for a number of years. It was tricky as I don't have a passport in my married name (it expired and I never renewed it so didn't update it!), nor do I have a photo driving licence. I only have the old style paper one. But I've been told my birth certificate will do as long as the solicitor is happy to verify it is me.

Marymumof1, the July 7th course is full and the next one is in August but the date hasn't been finalised yet.

No Daffodil. Yesterday was the third working day and I didn't recieve a call. I am assuming this means I haven't been successful but there are also a couple of people on this thread who recieved a call after the 2-3 working days. So there still might be hope, lol! I asked Live Help if they could tell me the outcome but they told me to email my recruiter so I have done. Just waiting for a reply now..:o

Have recieved an email back but it just says that Amy will give me a call some time. I suppose since the next training session doesn't start until August they are in no rush to tell people..but it doesn't exactly look promising for me does it? Lol! x

I phoned today however you were not available. I didn’t want to leave you without a status update on your interview. The interview went very well and I feel you have the skills and experience I am looking for regarding our inbound sales position. I do not currently have an opening for Sales but expect to have one in the very near future. I would like to move you to my future candidate list for positions as they become available. I do have a technical position that I will be hiring for and if you are interested you may let me know however I do feel you are extremely well suited for the Sales. Let me know thanks!

that is kind of confusing!

i first applied for the tech job, and passed all online assessments and was contacted by amy for my interview

she told me there was not any jobs for the tech one (which i applied for) but thought i would be suited for the sales, even though i would be better suited for the tech support one

and here i am now, been accepted and start training in a few days for the inbound sales

but it was the tech one i went for and from your email it is kind of conflicting in what i was told

I agree techmob - it is very confusing. I did email her back and say I would be interested in the technical position if she would be happy to consider me and she said she would give me a call on Monday.

The fact is we know there are sales positions available because people have now started being accepted onto the August training course. There was also no mention of the customer service representative position that seems to be available on the hirepoint website.

I don't really know what to think, I will have to wait and see what she says.
