Hi I actually work in inbound sales and all the shifts start at 4.30 and finish at 11pm during the week. At the weekend the shifts are from 8.30 to 6pm on Sat and 9.30 to 6pm on Sun, BUT, your shift will only be either in the morning or afternoon, but you do work both days at the weekend.
As far as I am aware, no-one starts at 7pm to 11pm except during training and nesting. The minimum hours you can work a week are either 20 or 22 and the maximum is 29. You get your shift in week three of training and it does not change. Obviously, there can be shift changes if you needed a particular day/time off - and it is simply a matter of asking someone to change with you.
When I first applied for this job, I too was told you had to be available between 4.30 to 11pm and one day at weekend. This led me to believe that I could have choosen to work from 7 to 11pm - but this is not how it works. Perhaps when more inbound sales are brought on board over the next few month the regulations will change and there will be more room for different working times.Auddel0 -
Witchywoo - good luck to your hubby - I think there is a new training course starting beginning of July- If you need any help or answers, just ask. All the best:beer:Auddel0

I have submitted both the assessment tests online yesterday. I have still not heard anything from them. Could anyone please tell me how long does this take usually?0

it can take a few days for someone to phone you. However, please also keep in mind the time difference between us and America. What you sent say yesterday afteroon, they will not get to about 10 pm our time. I found most of my phone calls from Teletech came after tea time - from 5pm onwards and also had calls about 10.30 pm. You can go onto the live call site and ask them if your assessments have been received ok etc.Auddel0

They do however start early -Both my interviews (I had an interview for sales as I was considering a move from tech support) were at 4.30am west coast time to my amazement.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

Hi guys, I've read both threads with great interest and have applied for the Sales position. I have completed the online skills assessment and technical assessment and have an interview set up for tomorrow at 5.30. What can I expect to be asked? During my call yesterday I kept getting asked about my sales management experience
Anyway, I don't have an up to date driving licence or passport (both in maiden name still and DL shows old address from 5 years ago - I know, I need to update it!) Will this be a problem for the checks? Also, I run my own online business and have done for a number of years, so will they approach my old employers? Not that I mind, but my ex regional manager has left the company.
Good luck to all who are applying

Hi Daffodil I've got my telephone interview tomorrow at 5pm so just before you:o I spoke to Katherine today and am a bit worried that I could not understand her because the line was so bad! I hope it's better tomorrow! Just completed the online assessments - not sure how they went:p
Good luck tomorrow!0 -
Good luck for tomorrow Wildt. Hope it all goes well for you xxx
I just spoke to Livechat and found out I passed all the assessments so that is good. Another hurdle over :j
I also had difficulty with the lady I spoke to yesterday. Her name was Riga. The line was poor and the time delay was quite marked so we both kept speaking over each other, but we got there in the end.
Let me know how you get on with the interview. I hope they call on time, I shall be sat here riddled with nerves. It's been years since I was interviewed!!
Fingers crossed for us both0
