Will have to call up some of them and confirm it, will let you know it goes.
Thanks again.
No I'm not but my training group was scattered countrywide and no-one paid more than £10-the lowest was £5.I Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

Hi all,
I applied for both the Customer Service rep and the Inbound Sales Jobs on Saturday.
TeleTech just emailed me, inviting me to two assessments. One is a 'Technical' test to check my computer, and the other a 'Skills' test.
A few questions please, if I may -
1/ I have an Intel iMac. Am I better off firing up 'Parallels' (emulation software which runs windows on an Intel Mac) and running Windows XP before taking the Tech test?
2/ I'm on a wireless router. Should I hook up with ethernet, for a wired connection instead?
3/ TeleTech mention a 'final interview' after these tests. I haven't even had an 'initial' interview so far! Is this the norm?
4/ The 'Skills' test looks daunting. Is it tough?!
Many Thanks,
Wish me Luck,
Leigh x0 -

I think the only one I can answer is regards to your wireless router- I think it is best to use ethernet cable as you cannot be wireless when you are actually working. Oh, the skills test is not too bad at all.Auddel0 -

Thanks auddel.
I hooked up the iMac by ethernet, to the router, and all is well.
Just finished all the online tests..phew! :T
Strange thing is, these tests were for the 'Customer Svc Rep' job, but before I even took the tests, I also had an email from a lady inviting me to a telephone interview, but she didn't say which job it would be regarding.
Now, as I'm not even sure which job, her interview is for, I've emailed back to arrange a time for tomorrow, and asked which job she is actually recruiting for!
Odd, as when I submitted my original application, I had emailed confirmation re the 'Inbound Sales' job, but nothing for the 'Customer Svc Rep' job, yet the tests I've just done were for the Customer Svc job..I think!
I worry too much as it is.
Just feeling good, now I've actually got around to applying, sent off my tests, and now I'll see which job I'm actually applying for tomorrow :j
Wish me luck folks
Night Night,

PS - Is Martin & Co going to change their clocks on this site at some point?!

To all those on the sales agent training at the moment when does our nesting period start? When I mentioned to my recruiter that the training was 4 weeks and not 3 as I thought she siad that we would be taking live calls in week 4.
Is that when the nesting period starts? I am sure Carlos said something different about week 40 -
