:beer:Heard today that I commence training on the 28th - this is for the technical support role for a major UK ISP. Any ideas who this might be ? Just organised the CRB check and am awaiting the paperwork which I understand requires a solicitor signature. After pratting about for days trying to get the technical computer assessment to pass, I clinched it by using my laptop and had no problems at all.
Well good luck all and see you in Teletech space sometime .
You will find out soon enough who the client is, you wont get that info
on here as its actually a condition in our contracts not to discuss clients
or the type of work we do for them, just wanted to let you know that early

Goodluck with it all hope it goes well.0 -

merkin - you could try live call and see if they know anything. That is what I did and I got a phone call back almost straight away from my recruiter. don't forget they are at least 6 hours behind usAuddel0

hi, specsappeal- Ellen phoned me with my schedule last night and then emailed it to me. I think my original recruiter was Shawna, but then Ellen 'took' over. Enjoyed last night but really tired today.:beer:Auddel0

yes its's surprising how tiring it is!! Carlos sent Ellen an email asking her to sort out my shedule and send it to me. I too am down for 22 hours but i was told both during recruitment and interview that it was 4 hour shifts. I am really hoping i don't get the 4.30 - 11 shifts twice a week (fingers crossed). I can do them but as a mother thats gonna be a bit harsh on my kids. i've got a funny feeling about it though lol. its strange they asked you to start at 8.30am on a sunday morning though - i personally wouldn't have thought it would be that busy with calls at that time. i think its better to have calls one after the other rather than in dribs and drabs as then the shift goes quicker.0
