It just arrived. Only has 10 programs, not too bothered about that(it stated 11) But it has no nut/seed dispenser:mad: Havent actually opened it all up properly yet, only opened the instructions. I think i'll probably keep it, for £25 i'm not that bothered, but Tesco will be getting a phone call. Need to go pick up my LO from nursery, will let you know what Tesco say.

Phoned Tesco and they were very apologetic, said they would come and pick it up and refund if i wanted. I've decided to keep it, it has 10 decent programs and goes with the rest of my appliances. I've been wanting one for ages and i'll use it for a year or so, if i like it and use it a lot i'll trade up;)

Yes it is the same as the picture, is brushed steel.

may have been worth asking for 10% off the purchase price because of its reduced functionality

I have just seen a Tesco branded bread maker on their site and was wondering if any members have this model.

It looks quite good for the price, has an automatic nut and raisin dispenser, makes 3 sizes of loaf and has 11 settings.

It does mention a Panasonic cookery advice line so I wonder if it is made for Tesco by Panasonic.

Yes i do, it 'sreally good, :T i have made pizza bases, doughnuts and even bread (Haha) all turned out really well and only £25.99 can't go wrong considering i was looking at paying £75 to £100. I would recommed (Spelt wrong i know) this to everyone so simple to use my O/H can use it and has.

I've been podering the virtues of a BM for quite a while. As I'll soon be all on my lonesome, (apart from all my "virtual" chums, that is), is it worth me buying one and are there any "singles" out there who use one?

I am getting into this cooking business and if it saves money as well, so much the better.
