JillD - I've been the same as you for a few weeks now. Went to doctors and they did lots of blood tests, everything ok. I think I said something about it last week. They reckon I have SAD - seasonal affective disorder!!! OH NO I DON'T!
I am not being labelled with that! Getting some vitamins and minerals supplements and trying that. It prob is the weather as it makes you want to curl up and do nothing, eat rubbish and sleep. I'm feeling better today, more sleep def helps.
Hope you are feeling better soon.Need to sort my life out! :T0 -

Summermoon - thinking of you and your family, hugs xxxx
Thanks to everyone for your comments, it really means a lot. After a very shaking start day not gone too badly, took DS swimming first thing to get us out of house and then my sis and her fella called in for a cuppa and DH was home early. Still feeling really down and struggling with a lot of things, eaten rubbish all day.
Can't go to the job interview as haven't any childcare - its either the interview or go to the funeral so of course funeral wins. DH is being a star and is trying to make things work out but it just doesn't. He is working from home tomorrow so I can go to the funeral but needs to go into office first so won't be back for interview. IL's have made it quite plain they don't want to commit to having DS regularly, can only have him for an hour in the morning and not during the funeral as they have to see a friend !!!!!!!!!! Really no point in attending interview as I will be up all night stressing about it and be in bits in the morning and it would all be for nothing as I can't take the post if I got it
So being a cow and stubborn and cutting my nose off to spite my face, if they don't make the effort to come and see him they don't see him. I'm not trailing him to them every week if they can't drive 10 mins to see him, f*** 'em. Sad he has to very able grandparents who can't be arsed.
Also thanks everyone but working evenings aren't an option as I never know when DH will be home and he has to go away a lot so would still be stuck without childcare. Plus this is MY opinion but I don't do other childcare, nothing against anyones decision to use nurserys/childminders/etc but its just not for me, I spoke to both families about helping before I applied and both were happy to commit to helping - until its come to the crunch.
So think the only other option is to carrying on like this, I love - adore - my baby but not coping well with anything at the minute and just need a little break from him and the house but have no friends or anyone to have a bit of fun with, most people I know work or are just people I chat to in passing, no friends and no idea how to go about making new ones.
Thanks ladies, its lovely having support from you all xxxxxLightbulb moment 15th Feb 2007:doh: Now Debt Free and plan on it staying that way!

Evening all! I've been doing different flying today. I came home from work and found my bf had emptied the contents of the utility room onto the kitchen floor to scrub and then paint the ceiling in there (bad damp problem - now sorted). He's cleaned it but will paint it tomorrow, so not really much I can do in the kitchen.
so I've done the bathroom instead. I have:- cleaned bath, toilet and sink inside and out
- cleaned mirrors, medicine cabinet (including on top)
- sorted out my baskets of cosmetics and toilettaries (only the ones in the bathroom)
- sorted out the cupboard under the sink, refolded towels etc
- changed towels and put dirty ones in the wm
- cleaned shower screen.
- cleaned boxes around pipes, but not the floor.
- deflead cats (got stronghold from the vets yesterday, but will look online next time - it's ridiculously expensive)
- booked train tickets to see a friend in may
- got info for booking a room when I go and see that friend
Tomorrow is my last day at work before I'm off for easter. My list is:- sort out time sheets and expenses (about 2 weeks worth)
- sort out car insurance for new car I get on saturday
- transfer some money around to pay for the car
- general flying and lots of washing!
