Evening all back from swimming and DS3 has passed his certificate. Just need to sort out a new lesson now - they have this bizare system which does not work where they put you all in the same lesson again and then you have to request to be moved but you have to wait to see if they people in the lesson you need to move to are moving up - needless to say it doesn't work.
JillD - I bet AF is due. Why don't you just aim to do 1 HHC a day or 2 x FMC a day? Remember you have lots of little kids to hinder you. I often don't fly well and mine are at school. Can't help re the eating - I often eat rubbish and feel rubbish but I am a fussy mare, never know what to buy/cook so we end up with very little in the house. Poor kids, at least they don't have weight issues and there is always loads of fruit.
Right need to cook some tea for me - kids fed before swimming and then get bedtime under way. Kids in the garden under floodlight at the moment. Have put the recycling out for tomorrow as they have started coming really early and I missed them last week. The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

Evening All,
Not done much more this afternoon/ evening and feel in the need to eat junk food...not such a good idea if I'm doing Slimming World!
I need to go and sort out what I'm having for dinner before I eat all the crisps....kinders fed at least and just working on getting them into bed...
I'll look at tomorrow's list tomorrow and post my own list then....0
