    Oh good it's wine o'clock .
love it - never heard of wine o'clock but its my favourite time of day :)

and Dusty -thanks for your messages earlier - funnily enough AF arrived on Friday or so, I have always been one of these miserable gits who feels like !!!!!! mood wise during it as well as the week before. LOL but yeah I forgot to make the connection between that and the eating of rubbish. Good at least I can do some shopping tomorrow and put the rubbish behind me.

I found an old WW journal from when I lost all the 3 stone with WW after my middle baby was born. It covered all the food I ate for the final 10 weeks or so as I got down to my goal weight. I also recorded moods etc and exercise. now I know why it worked - I ate extremely sensibly and NO SNACKING!! and fitted in 4 sessions of exercise a week. Must try and get back to that.

Oh and by the way I was in bed at 9.30 albeit with laptop. Catching up for a bit then will do my meal plan. And just about to discuss with hubby when would be good nights to go to the gym.

Soapie - well done to you - I'm very jelous of your completed list!

thanks Luby - but I'll fess up - it was only because I had an unexpected day off due to car troubles so had nothing better to do and, most importantly, because the sun was shining! I do not do serious housework when it's dark. And I can only do half hearted stuff when it's overcast and raining.

But, I'll really endorse the window cleaning stuff that I got off one or other thread on here. I put a bit of white vinegar, a bit of washing up liquid into a spray bottle and topped it up with water. I have never cleaned my windows so quickly nor had such good results.

Well done JillD on your early night - or at least getting into bed early. You now need to make sure you put the light out v. soon so you actually sleep.

Glad to read the motivation is stirring...

Hi late posting tonight as have just got in from work

    Have not done to well with the list to day but did manage to do some thing before going to work;

    Killer Kitchen - Tuesday
It appears to be a short list today but some of the tasks are quite substantial
    Level One
Clear and wipe work surfaces (done)
Open the windows and let in the spring! (not done)
    Level Two
Sweep and Mop the floor (done)
Wipe the cupboards, appliances and all those manky corners!! (done well one cupboard has been scrubbed out a t least:D )
    Level Three
Wipe the table, replace cloth if needed (done)
Clean all those small appliances. Empty crumbs out of the toaster, scrub the microwave, shine the breadmaker, (done).
Take EVERYTHING out of the fridge give it a deep clean.. including shelves and drawers!! (done)
    Extras

    * Clean oven/hob if you must.. *rolls eyes* (done)
    * HHI .. with your clean iron!!
    * Clean windows and sills
    * treat the pets for fleas!!! This is prime time for them to be developing an infestation.. the last thing you need in your house! Don’t forget to deflea those beds and baskets and other flea-homes

So plenty of things to catch up on, but usually I would have just walked out and gone to work without doing anything

So hopefully will start self on a routine via this great thread :T

Soappie - DOn't buy frontline from vets, you can get it online, the one we used was something pet pharmacy I'm sure, will have a look for you if you want. It was almost half the price!

Thanks for the tip Taffy - I'll do some price comparisons - but I'm really fortunate - the vet I use is about half the price of normal 'towny' vets and runs an excellent practice - it's gives far better service than the NHS! And at a fraction of the cost!

If the price comparisons aren't too different, I'll continue to go to my vet so at least he gets some profit.

right well I did this lot

    [strike]- load dishwasher
    - wash lunchboxes
    - DS lunch for tomorrow
    - sort post
    - get them to tidy up play room a bit before tea
    - sort tea for LO
    - see if a wash needs putting on[/strike]
    - hot spot in kitchen
    - hot spot in front room
    - shoe box for school

I will grab a shoe box in the morning, I shoogled the papers in the kitchen into a neat pile and checked nothing needed doing tonight, and I totally ignored the stuff in the front room. Instead I watched Sunday's Lost.
Is that enough for maybe half a dog biscuit ?
