right well I did this lot
,,,.
Is that enough for maybe half a dog biscuit ?
Well done!!!! :T:T:T:T
See, you're on the road to recovery already! And I don't know what type of reward Pigpen will give you but I'm rewarding you with three juicy butcher's best dog biscuits for doing what you have done instead of taking the easy way out and schlepping about on the settee.
Well done you!I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

taffy - seems we are twins - maybe separated at birth and by a year LOL.
Its annoying isn't it. I really WANT to WANT to do stuff ... but .... I just can't be bothered. Getting out of bed is a struggle, getting off the sofa is a struggle, doing the kids tea is a struggle, I only do the school runs because I have to. At the weekends I am terrible, lie in bed half the day then spend the other half feeling cross at myself (and therefore taking it out on everyone else) for wasting half the day.
Can't seem to stop snacking though I know it doesnt help, and in fact prob makes it worse. Too tired to exercise. Just everything is carp.
Interested you are trying the supplements thing. I tried a tonic (not as in gin-and-tonic) before Christmas, I might get some more of that.
Hope you feel better soon too xxx (((hugs)))Jan GC: £202.65/£450 (as of 4-1-12)

DH suggested internet shop but that just trashes a whole evening as I am so slow at it. Mind you I have got 3 free delivery thingies .....
ssl- well done your Mum
cb - mine at almost 5, and 3, still use plastic. They are a right pair of clumsy clots so I am in no rush for proper crockery for them. Plus we seem to go through about a million plates/bowls/cups a day and the Ikea plastic ones we have were dirt cheap.
nicki - I wish I had your enthusiasm - you are an inspiration
dusty - hope the IBS settles down soon
arwen - thx for the tip re microwave cleaning, will try that!
tmd love the idea of a HHA , paperwork neverending and I actually enjoy it.

tracy (((hugs))) don't ever feel you have to apologise for having a moan on here and saying you're having a bad day. We all have them (some more than others i.e. me!) and most people have been there one way or the other. Being a Mum of preschoolers isa flipping nightmare. They are no company at all, don't give you a minute's peace, god if yours is anything like any of mine you can;t even have a flippin wee on your own. And then there's the whingeing and the battles over food and the following you round etc etc etc. I would second what others have said, maybe look around for a mother and toddler group, dont be put off if you find one and dont "click" you can keep looking around, they dont have to know you are shopping around! Do you have a Children's Information Service ? We have one on our area and they have lists of tons and tons of activities for littlies - toddler groups, swimming, baby music-y classes, etc etc. I did a few with mine and when I was in those spells where I had no friends I would get chatting to the same people every week and then suggest we stay at the cafe for a coffee after (obviously the venue you are at needs to have a cafe for this to work well!). If you can find just one other person in the same boat it will seem so much better, and then you can go off trying even more new classestogether and make more friends. does your local gym have a creche ? Perhaps you could go to an aerobics class, and if you go the same time each week you will start to recognise not only people in the class but people dropping off/collecting their kids at the same time. What about story time at the library ? Or if you are churchy at all some churches do nursery services with coffee time afterwards. Whereabouts are you anyway ? If I was anywhere near I'd come round and drag you round to mine for a coffee and I do a good line in moaning and man bashing as you know LOLJan GC: £202.65/£450 (as of 4-1-12)

I just knew today wasn't going to be a successful one as soon as I woke this morning. 5am with the puppy whining. Far too early!
I did manage to walk Arsha, hang out some washing, and get to work only 5 minutes late
Left work at 12 because I had another job interview. I think it went OK, I guess I'll know how well it went when I find out if I got the job or not!
Got home to such a mess. Had to leave one dog inside and one outside because they can't be left together at the moment. Somehow the puppy managed to get inside! I think Arsha let him in through the cat doorA bone had come inside and now the carpet needs cleaning. Just what I wanted to spend Easter doing - NOT!
Took puppy to the vet for his second vaccination.
Digger turned up for the house that is getting built next door. Dust now everywhere. Not worth dusting or cleaning anything.
After dinner a stray dog turned up. Walked him around the neighbourhood. No one wanted to claim him, so called the pound. They came and collected him. Hope someone is looking for him.
So - absolutely no flying done.
Tomorrow won't be much better. Digger will be back next door, dust will be flying again and I have to work 11 - 3pm.

morning folks,
already ahead of myself today. I managed to finish marking 15 bits of coursework last night, so that is all of it done. Also made the decision if i have to go in to work and do a few hours of finishing off, then so be it. It will be worth it to try and save some sanity.
I was having well out there dreams last night about DS dying and us burying him in the garden and pretending he was still alive. Well freaky. Left me feeling quite disturbed when i woke up. I think i need to turn my head off and unwind a bit.
Kitchen bin got emptied last night, and i sorted out a load of washing.
I want to turn the WM on now before i go out, and i will have to go to the supermarket after work as i still haven't been to buy goodies for leaving work and as it is tomorrow, then best go today.
Jill nice to see you happier.
pigpen would love some of your energy. I think the more you expend the more you have available to you.
onwards with the day - see you this evening.
