AnW's mum - how are you doing this week? I have daffodils AND purple tulips this week!

Not doing too bad thanks Serena it just all feels a bit surreal again somehow. It's not all consuming like it was 21 months ago but I seem to keep forgetting what I should be doing all the time again, just like it was after DH died. It is so frustrating. I went to the GP's and asked them to sign me off for a few weeks as my concentration levels are shot to pieces at the mo. Will just give me that bit of breathing space plus I won't have to worry about my targets at work, they will be readjusted.

DH's daffs are all coming through really well now, will be a riot of yellow soon :D

Only managed 8 yrs 2 wks myself, and was planning on taking DH back to Hawaii for our 25th, right enough wallowing. Better do some more ironing as well, made a decent start yesterday but still got loads to do.

Hope you are feeling better after your adventure yesterday Soappie, great news lil_me about your boys school :D and also about the bins, typical council eh!

    Rant Alert*****

I HATE Ebay:mad: Some @rse has obviously reported my listing(probably the same one i had them remove last week because he had copied my whole listing) Anyway ebay just pulled my auction, because i said in the listing 'Tickets will be sent when i receive them from the promoter'. Ok if i am in breach of their rules then fine, remove it. But every other person selling tickets has exactly the same thing written in their listings! Needs to be one rule for all i'm afraid, interesting it took me 3 attempts to get the copied listing removed, yet they pulled mine straight away for giving factual info to buyers:confused:

    Rant over:D

Living room looks lovely but hallway is still a complete disaster zone at the moment. It doesn't help that the pc is sat in the middle of it (usually lives upstairs in the spare room) as our wireless adaptor is knackered - only been waiting three weeks for a new installation disk!!!!. Hopefully I will get chance to tackle this at some point over the week!!

Ho hum on with todays list anyway!!!!

    Righty-ho..

    Morning all xxx

Dashed out for dinner last night.. then to the pub.. as I was walking out the door (went to my mtohers first) hubby calls.. DS1 has returned home p!$$ed as a fart blood pouring down his face so we had to come home and clean him up.. deposit him in bed and get to the pub.. no problem.. except hubby is SEVERELY squeamish and wanting to lay on the floor and be sick lol...

Anyway.. I got home at 2amish.. I even declined the offer of going clubbing with a couple of people we had been chatting to.

Best dash.. we are running rather late.. because noone got dressed!

((Tracy)), it is really hard. I love working a couple of nights a week, the money is nice but its more about speaking to normal people again. I think i would have gone quietly insane if i hadnt been working.
