    Morning everyone,
Big (((hugs))) to everyone who needs one.

Don't think much will be done today as i'm due to go to the dentist and they love me, loads of fillings and i tend to go to sleep with my mouth froze (have to sleep it off).

Most of the kitchen got done yesterday and living room looking ok, so i'm pleased so far this week.:j

Right cuppa, shower and get ready....
    See ya all later.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

Parents evenings, well I couldn't be more pleased with the boys progress!!! I am so pleased we moved when it comes to DS2 as his numeracy, literacy and self esteem is vastly improved. They brought in something, a large 'coat' made from patches of dyed material he'd helped make (using a sewing machine, with supervision) and spent all afternoon helping to put it together to show everyone, proud Mam moment. He is no longer classed as having 'severe learning difficulties' as he was in his previous school. Just shows what difference school can make. DS1s now showing great progress with everything which is great. I could have cried with happiness instead of sadness when I came home which was the feeling I was always left with after parents evenings when they were at the other school.

Aw lil_me, that's absolutely fantastic. You must be so proud :T

    Morning all :grouphug: to everyone.

Off to the jobcentre this morning, taking DD with me as I'm making sure she sees what I need to do now that I'm a lone parent so she can have some idea why sometimes she gets told off just for speaking :o and hopefully encourage her to go out and get a job once she's old enough and never have to sign on!. Since when did they start phoning to remind people about their appointments?

I best get a move on - slept in even though I went to bed at 9.15pm last night as I was tired, must remember not to take a book to bed with me. I put the book away at 11.30 gone  DD is currently in the bathroom "singing" the Harry Potter theme and there seems to be a distinct lack of running water. I need to leave here in 10 minutes with her so I best go kick her bottom into gear. Will check back in later while I defrost

Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!

tracyg ((have a big hug)) hoping you are feeling a little better soon. We're here if you need us, regardless of what others are going through we all have our own 'things' which upset us all in different ways and if you need to share or rant or scream or just have a flippin' good moan, we're here!

Soappie pleased you are feeling better

boddy, hope your daughter is ok, I have lost ex's before and it was a very bizarre feeling, I didn't expect it to effect me quite as much as it did.

Thanks for the messages, I am still on 'proud mum mode' this morning, even forgiven DS2 for getting me up at 4.45am yesterday ickle sod pot. As for the bins, boddy, to be honest I think most of the 'north east' councils are just about useless when it comes to many services.

Ok, today, DS2 walked to school (after getting them both ready) and dogs walked at same time, fish tank water change done (my must do before switching computer on!) Kitchens not too bad but haven't done some of what is on that list so will do that at some point. Study time most important today with kids being off Thursday and Monday then 2 weeks off soon, we do get a 'break' of a week this week for Easter in the study calendar but it'll be better if we work through it to give us more time for the boys when they have the 2 weeks off.

Right, emails, banking, freecycle stuff, ebay stuff, basically all the online stuff, then crack on.....hope you all have a good day.
One day I might be more organised...........

Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb

    Morning all

Thanks for the comments re the job. Sorry can't remember who asked but my DS is 17 months old and yes I just want a job for company, to try and build my confidence up a bit, to get out of the house and just an opportunity to be me again instead of 'mummy' IYSWIM.

Sorry having a really bad day today and feel so carp about it as there are so many other people on here and other threads who have real problems. But today I just feel really down and can't stop crying this morning, having a bit of a self pity today.

Sorry ladies, catch you all later xxx

(((Tracy))) are there other options for you? Say doing a couple of hours one evening in a local supermarket? Or any voluntary options? Big hugs for you honey xx
