  • Loopy - it's a piece of cake.

    MP4/AAC files are played by a wide variety of software applications.

    And the creme de la creme is iTunes.

    MP4/AAC files are the best format to use when you rip CDs to your computer (convert from CD format to a format for your computer). AAC files will (at the moment) only (I think) play on an iPod.

    ps QuickTime is installed with iTunes but, in itself, isn't really the best way to play/organise songs (including MP4s). (Quicktime is an audio/video player which iTunes uses - in the background - to convert tracks to a format it understands. It's seamless, don't worry about it!).

    AVI stands for Audio video interleave - I have no idea what this exactly means but in my mind, it just means it's a film.:confused:

  • Can someone please tell me if my router PPP light should be on or off.
    I have just moved to Namesco from dialup.
    Everything working well enough, just the PPP light is not on.
