Yes so did I, for my 2 boys ,and various nephew`s and niece`s, and once a crochet shawl for a christening, in 2ply wool with a small hook,I had nightmares about that for weeks:rolleyes:

Also knitted a few things for my 2 little grand-daughters...(the lights of my life)... and for their dolls;) I just love it.

You know I was just thinking, I wonder how many girls learn to knit at school now? I remember learning then, and have never forgotten how, got a bit rusty now and again, but it soon comes back.
