    Hi Kathy:wave:
Can you update me with 1 JUMPER please.

I like knitting these little jumpers, they just pull on so no buttons. Its a pattern I used when DS1 and DS2 were babies, and is so easy.
I will put a pic on the Wooligan site next week, when I have finished the latest one.

Hope you have recovered from your stint at work.

hi can you update me with another ted for tragedy please, making my total 4, as last update didnt include last ones, and also one baby hat please
enjoy life, we only get one chance at it:)
  • I'm so excited - found out (:j all by myself!!) how to save these pages as bookmarks so don't have to keep trawling. Found a great beanie hat pattern for SIL, so curled up in front of fire and halfway through. Really hard not to start on wooligans items though, but determined to be disciplined (gives me an idea for a NY resolution? - only problem, will have broken it by Jan 2! )

    Stay warm everyone. Love, Chris

PS Does life get any better? Just noticed I've got my first star! :lovethoug

Hi all. Shazrobo - I'm so sorry I didn't update your totals properly. It's usually Pippa's I get wrong. I shall put it right in this post.

Jellybeans - great to hear from you!

Thanks for all the updates - here are the latest totals (she says, hoping that she's got them right this time!

One hat to add for me, too. I have found a really easy and quick crochet pattern!

The first figures are for the STC (Save the Children) hats and the second is for the (IS) Innocent Smoothie hats for Sainsbury's, the closing date for which was 17th October 2008 by which time they had received over 500,000 hats - that's more than 100,000 more than last year. As each one raises 50p that's over £250,000 raised for Age Concern! Our hats on here will raise £224 so please give yourselves a huge pat on the back! The hats will go on sale, each on a bottle of Innocent Smoothie, in Sainsbury's on 5th November - I wonder if any of us will recognise a hat we've made in our local branch?!

Hi all - yes, Pippa, it is quiet on here but it's so close to Christmas now that I'm sure people are really busy. Every year it suddenly seems to loom up, doesn't it? I'm just crocheting hats in between knitting monkeys for DGS and DGD and will start bigger things like jumpers after Christmas now. I am determined to knit a lot more for charity next year and it will feel great having the whole year ahead to use up.

    I'll update tomorrow.
