Thanks, Shazrobo - will update later. In the end, I didn't get any knitting done. DH was late home from work and it just threw the rest of the evening out. I shall make up for it today, though!

Hi Kathy, i hope your ankle is a lot better by now

Shazrobo ive still got that hooded wrap for you, but have started a baby gown (for a born asleep baby) from the pattern link on LH i hope that will be alright. it says to do it in 4 ply but im knitting it in the 2ply i had, its coming up very nice and delicate but slow sad knitting.
After ive done this i'll start a baby blanket to send a photo to Chris Evans as i mentioned on LH, in my note with it im going to mention our wooligans and preemiesUK as well as LH if thats ok with everyone. It will be more like an essay than a note:rotfl: .

LH havent put the new challenges up yet have they? If they have im looking in the wrong place.
    SPC~12 ot 124

Hi Kathy can you update me with 4 IS HATS please.
I have just had a quick look at the link you posted earlier about the squares for the long scarf, I did'nt realise there are so many charity appeals.
I have added it to my favorites in the Knitting folder, so I can have a good look later. Most have links to go through for info etc so I think it will take some time ;)
Hope the toe+ankle are feeling better now.

    Hi there.

On that link, Pippa, a few of the appeals have expired so just check before you knit! It's surprising how many charities there are; there will always be deserving causes to make things for and, as my brother said when I told him what we are doing, it's so much better than donating money because you know our donations will go to the people who need them. He's going to buy wool for my Mum and I as his contribution but neither of us needs it at the moment because we're still working out way through our stashes! My injuries are much better thanks! I'll update a little later this morning.

Mrs Moneypenny - I haven't seen any new challenges on LH yet. I'm going to do a couple more IS hats today then think of something for your Chris Evans's baby idea, which I think is great! I'm also knitting a little teddy for a niece for Christmas but that's not taking too long because it's only small. I'm trying to knit one present a week from now on because I have lots of nieces and nephews.

Hi Mrs Moneypenny - I like all the challenges on LH! I'd be grateful for everyone's ideas about what to do next for the Wooligans challenge!
