Whats my Rights!!! Im fuming!

would like to know my rights too ?
Wedding dress ordered in January has arrived in April Faulted, different colour to order form, Different description to Picture, and two small in certain areas. They say I will lose deposit if I don’t pay final payment and collect dress when repairs have been done. the dress will never be worn as it is too revealing on the bust area, i could not wear this infront of my farther without feeling uncomfortable, she is saying beads fall off all the time, they call D.White Ivory, its not too small and the seamstress that i choose to alter it might be able to make it look like it does in the picture by putting more pleats in
, what do you think i should do? im a stressed bride that has 38 geusts coming to my wedding in rhodes july 3rd and i dont have a dress, they also have money for a faulted veil this will be my 3rd veil. i wont wear that veil now im so stressed about it all. the dress was £735 and the veil is £95 i have none of them and they have £495 belonging to me, they have told me they cant order me a dress in time for the wedding,

i have called other shops who will help me with getting a dress, but surely this is not right!! she says because the dress was ordered in for me, i dont have the smae rights

im so angry!!!! help please

I'm afraid that you have posted this in the wrong board. This is Techie, for matters relating to electronic devices such as computers, cameras, ipods etc. where people get advice on how to run these things.

Your consumer enquiry should be posted in the Consumer Rights forum (which didn't exist when this present thread was started, I think). Over there you will get a suitable answer.
