(((Martyn)))
Please don't feel you can't talk about how you are dealing with the changes in your life.
I agree that a walk in the fresh air really helps - so does taking home made bread to stun the ducks!!!;)
It would be worse if you could not cry and just bottled everything up.
Washing is on the line and have phoned the house insurance company about the tiles that blew off the roof.
Someone is coming to have a look at the roof later.
Hester
I would pay good money to hear you speak. Even if it was not about more adult matters you have a real way with words and can make almost anything funny and interesting.
Need to go and get dressed before I frighten people.

Good morning all:hello:
(((((((hugs))))))) for smoky, hilstep, Benthosboy, tru and chocolate orange. That must have been very scary Chocolate, glad he wasn't more badly hurt.
Martyn, Redruby has very good advice, well worth following;) There will be light again, it'll sort of creep up on you, until one day you'll realise things have moved on to a better place:D Until then, we're the best you've got:p
My day suddenly became free, so now I don't know what I'm doing. My sis-in-law would normally come over but she's poorly and just phoned to say she won't be coming. I suppose I should spend the day OS houseworking, but I'm sure I can find something more pressing than that, if you'll just give me a few moments:rotfl:
kyle, does DH know you have this passion for an Indian:rotfl:
welcome to daisy steiner:D You'll enjoy it here. look forward to getting to know you.
Well off to enjoy my free day, hope you have good Fridays! (oops that's next week:D )

:hello: Morning!
One thing about this thread is that you realise that you are not alone, others have problems and there is a ton of support for all! ((((hugs))) to martyn - Redruby has said it all really things will get better but for now it is one day at a time and doing something like going for a walk to blow away the cobwebs is a good place to start.
Oh is doing just that, he has donned his super cool sunglasses, wrapped up in a cosy warm jacket and taken puppy out for a walk, much better than staying in getting more depressed about the Bells Palsy. It is still getting worse though so I have made him promise not to walk too far and to have a rest when he gets back in. It obviously hasn't peaked yet so nervewracking (pardon the pun) wait to see what the damage to the facial nerve will finally be and how long it will take to recover!
(((hugs))) to Smokey, PP, hilstep, scuzz, Choc orange and ds and all who could use one.
Off to buy some more puppy food now and some eye drops for oh!
Take care!

Morning peeps :hello: :hello:
Lots going on today:eek:
Martyn - You know the great thing about this thread is that when you need some support it will always be there then at some other point you will be able to offer someone else support - virtual friends they may but they are damm good ones:D
mioliere - why dont you arrange a meet for all square contributors - theres no rules about having meets:j unfortuantly unless you can buy squares thats one meet I wont be invited too:rotfl:
Hester - I bet you would go down a storm as a speaker why not get involved in something like Toastmasters and that may get you some paid work to
Choccy orange - Really glad DS is ok but keep an eye on that back/neck pain whiplash can be very nasty.
Churchmouse - In answer to your question its that Crazy Crazy chic who has morrisons bags deteriorting in her knickers - but to put that in context or shell kill me - its her knicker drawer and we were discussing whether plastic bags did actually break down or not and thats what she told us:rotfl: (sorry CC ill shut up now:D )
Smokey - hugs as always

Is this the sort of hot Indian you likeYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
Morning all !
Lovely day, blue skies and sunshine and not as cold..............had to venture down the garden when a rather large grey cat started to set about one of ours and it gave me a chance to look at the mini daffs and grape hyacinth flowering away that I can't see from the window. Also gave me a chance to see the tiles that had blown off the roof the other night !!!!!! So, call to insurance people...............two estimates I've got to get (need to find a builder first...........lol) but shan't bother now till next week when I come back from a few days away. We leave in the morning and chance of getting a builder to come out today would be like looking for gold !
There aren't that many that I can see so it might not be worth a claim what with the excess - still I'll sort that next week.
Have a good day all and hugs (((((((((((((:o ))))))))))) to those who need themMary
I'm creative -you can't expect me to be neat too !
