Martyn.
But crying is goodIt means that the sadness is coming out and not burrowing inside you. Very cathartic is a good cry. If you only do one thing today try to go for a good walk in the park/countryside/wherever. It's a great mood lifter even if you have the worries of the world on your shoulders. Spring is here so blow the cobwebs away.
Onwards and upwards Martyn (((((hugs)))))
You cannot live as I have lived an not end up like me.

Thats the bummer when people start being nice to youAt least you're letting it out babe .. you should be really worried about yourself if you weren't crying.

Good morning everyone
Bit of a sporadic visitor here at the moment but I do try to read the threads everyday. Yesterday's meet looked like good fun and I think I have managed to fit names to almost all the faces.
Suesy good luck at the hospital today.
redruby good luck to your mum for today.
smoky ((((hugs)))) to you and yours. You are in my thoughts every day.
Martyn keep posting. You will find that it really helps. When I joined MSE my life was in a mess (though almost no-one here knows it - except one person who was a friend in need. You know who you are. :A) I never mentioned any of my problems here but just posting about the mundane, everyday stuff in my life helped enormously. I'm now through the worst and have MSE to thank for getting me through that. Please take redruby's advice and do something different today. Small things really can make such a huge difference.
Hester I think any public speaking you did would be something to hear - if your blog is anything to go by.
((((hugs))) to everyone who needs one.
Wo*k today. DS and DD are with XDH this weekend so I plan to do lots of ironing while watching the last matches of the Six Nations then get lots of cleaning done. Need to sort out the freezer too as it's crammed full but I have no idea what is in it. BM will need to go on today too.
Have a fantastic Friday. xx"Bad planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part."

Just popped back to say
Benthosboy, you aren't being a nuisance, and although we are only virtual friends, we are all supporting you.
Redruby is talking a lot of sense, do something different today, something that you will enjoy, you need a bit of you time. Also, if you get chance, try and find Mr BadExamples threads on cooking - that can't fail to make you smile
Chin up, honestly, in a short time , you will feel much betterYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
PINK-WINGED - as one of the board guides - some of us knitters and crocheters want to make squares that can be sewn into a blanket and sold or raffled to make money for charity. Is that against MSE rules? And, if it isn't, is it against the rules for me to pm my address to the other contributors so that they can send me their squares to sew together? I'd be glad of your advice.,
Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: For legal reasons I have to discourage swapping, buying and selling on the forum (please see this rule). While it can be a very useful way of saving money it relies on a certain amount of trust between members and as such can cause problems (and has in the past). If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.May all your dots fall silently to the ground.0 -
