Morning everyone.
I am starting WW tomorrow. I have never done this diet before i normally stick to SW but i think the problem i am having with SW is that i can eat what ever i want (in reason) and their is no limit to the food that i can have (which is the right food) and i think i i need more structure in my diet. I don't snack during the day i have three square meals but its my portion size which is too large and its the alcohol and the meals out at the weekend that make me put on my weight. Also i found with SW that eating out was quite hard as say i went to Pizza Express i would not be able to have no syns for two days just to have a pizza. FIngers crossed i do well on WW and i'll be looking on this forum for support lol. Does anyone no of any vouchers or coupons i can pick up to make my registration day as cheap as possible?
Thanks xxxxx0 -

I did not get weighed on Saturday due to being ill since Wednesday, unfortunately it did not stop me eating. Should be back at work tomorrow.
I have found a quick lunch / supper that I am loving.
2 slices WW or Kingsmill crusts away bread toasted - 1 point
1/2 tub of the Heinz microwaveable baked beans - 1 point
Some 0 point roasted peppers, onions, courgettes etc
15g 1/2 fat chedder - 1 point (varies depending on brand of cheese)
A dash of worsertershire sauce on top.
For 3 points its filling and delicious.Josey0 -
hello everyone!!
i'm joining weight watchers online tomorrow.
i've been trying to follow Paul McKenna's plan since new years, but the more stressed out i get (lots going on at the moment) the harder i'm finding it because i just can't seem to be bothered enough to follow the rules. i'm really good at the "eat when you're hungry and eat what you want" bit... it's the eating consciously and stopping when i'm full bit that i seem to fail on!!
so it's back to good old ww. i'm just hoping that forcing myself to track everything will make me more careful with what i'm eating!!
thought i'd say hello today, since i'm hoping this thread will be good for a bit of support0 -

hello! i signed up for Weight Watchers Online today, as planned. Weighed in a bit heavier than i would have liked, but i'm determined to get the weight going in the right direction.
i've set my first goal as losing 5% of my current weight. i've got about 3st to lose, and it seems like a *lot* looking at it like that, so i'm going to take it 5% at a time!0 -
I joined WW today at a meeting and I weighed in not as heavy as I expected so was happy as that.
Today I’m planning on having
Two WW Blueberry Bars (buy one get one free at the meeting) 3 points
Banana 1 ½ points
Chilled Meal – Sweet and Sour 5 points.
Dessert Yoghurt 1 point.
Tomato and Lentil Soup 1 ½ points
Not sure for dinner yet as going shopping but I have 5 points left so I’m most probably going to have to have a ready meal not too clued up on this diet so its easier for me.
If anyone has any other ideas please let me know needs to be easy as I’m going shopping.0 -
