  • Its very quiet on here today.

Where are you all. I hope not at Sainsburies buying the £1 easter eggs.

Well I have been good today (make a change) and made some WW fruity slaw. It has fennal, onion, cabbage, orange, pomegranate seeds, manderine yogurt and whole grain mustard - very nice. Had a huge bowl for lunch = 0.5 point. Also made some spicy tomato soup yesterday 0 points.

Sorted tea out this morning, put chicken breasts, carrots, mushrooms, leeks and some left over cooked new pototos in the slow cooker with an Asda chicken casserole mix - 1 large portion = 4 points.

At an all day meeting tomorrow with lunch provided, so will try to be good.

Hope you are all keeping fit and well.

  • Hi everyone.

Hope you are all ok. Not been on for a while - very busy with uni assignments etc. Anyway had Wi the other day and lost 1.5lbs this week. Prob would have been more if I hadn't had a chinese and bottle of wine on Valentines Day but never mind  !! Have now lost exactly 2.5 stones :j .

    Hi everyone

I hope everyones OK and having a good week. I'm just reporting in (actually weighed in on Mon eve but this is the 1st chance I've had to do this) at the results of our 1st weigh in . I lost 3 1/2 lbs and OH lost 4 1/2 lbs. Not bad cos we ate lots. We've got a long way to go yet but all journeys start with the 1 st step and it is definately easier when OH is also doing it. We were ever so good at the weekend when we went househunting because we were out all day we took a picnic and the only iffy bit was when we stopped at the motorway services because it has always been a habit to buy sweeties and pop for the journey. Anyway I'm nicely full now cos I've just had a bowl of porridge so I'd better get on with my day. Have a good day everyone.

    Hello

Can anyone tell me how to save points from one day to the next on the WW online tracker please?

    Thanks :D

  • Well done on the great weight losses.
I am trying my best this week. Had a buffet lunch yesterday as at a presentation. The sandwiches were like door stops and I did give in to a piece of quiche, but resisted the saugage rolls and pork pie. Today was out on site visits all day with a collegue and when we stopped for lunch all the places to eat seemed to be tea shops selling sandwiches and cakes. So we went to a pub and had braised steak and vegetables - no potatoes. So not too bad. Keep up the good work.

Right have just managed to cure my chocolate fix!

One light chocolate slice pinged in the microwave for 30 secs.
One scoop of light ice cream
    Squirt of choco sauce

    4.5 points:D

  • Hi Guys, im on the ww diet 1 week, but i have been to a wedding & a day out in taht week & i have a weight in tonight! help, trying to avoid it, afraid the lady will ask me all sorts of questions. I am from Ireland, but i was wondering does anyone know of a good website that sells ww products, tesco in my home town only has a selected few frozen meals, i wld love to try the ww crisps etc. thanks guys.
  • Good evening everyone.
Made a great pasta dish tonight with zero point tomato and chilli soup, quorn, zero point roast veg that I had frozen, a packet mix of spag bol, a packet mix of white sauce and 60g half fat chedder. Made 4 very large portions at only 6 points per portion. As we always have a chinese take away and a bottle of wine on a Friday (our way of starting the weekend) we shall take the remained to work for lunch.
    Keep up the good work.
