  • Welcome dixiegirl_uk and good for you to try losing weight and stopping smoking at the same time.

Medium chicken, breast, grilled without skin, meat only 2.5points, so a large should be about right at 4 points.

this site is quite useful for the other takeaways- i would prefer to ignore them but kids like them on occassion so doesn't hurt to know what we can'can't have.

Just been to mums for tea, she KNOWS Im on WW but gave me the most enormous portion of food and chocolate cake after.

Unfortunately if its put in front of me I eat it. Hence why I dish my own tea up here and make sure its small portions.

Dreading the points on this :(

That is an American website, and I know from my USA friends that the points are worked out different from the UK WW, so stick to the UK way of pointing otherwise your points wont be right. Hope that helps.
thanks a million, any other good ww web sites?
  • Hey, how is everyone?

Had a great WI this week, but I do have a confession - I skipped last weeks because I thought I'd done badly :( but I wish I hadn't because I lost 4 1/2lbs this week! :D Which got me my 8th silver 7!

I was all set to have another great week this week but this morning I woke up to so much snow that I couldn't make it into work, so guess what I've done instead? Stayed at home watching the snow and eating! :o Oops! xxx
  • stargirl90 Well done with the great loss. You must be very pleased.

I have been very bad today.
Made some buns for a charity do last night, and some were less than perfect, so of course I could not send these could I. Yes - I ate them between last night and today until an hour ago, when I threw the last 2 away.
