    Hi Pijy

See below for your points allowance. As far as I know exercise should be counted as bonus points, if you choose to use them.:T

    Your personal daily POINTS allowance.

    1) Are you:
    Female...3 Points
    Male ......9 Points

    2) How old are you?
    16-20.....5 Points
    21-35.....4 Points
    36-50.....3 Points
    51-65.....2 Points
    Over 65..1 Point

    3) How Many Stones do you weigh?
Ignore the lb, the number of stones is your score for this question. Someone who weighs 12 stone 4lb will score 12 Points.

    4) How tall are you?
    Under 5ft 4ins......1 Point
    5ft 4ins or above..2 Points

    5) In your day to day life are you:
Sitting down most of the time.....................0 Points
Occasionally sitting, but mainly standing........2 Points
Walking most of the time............................4 Points
Doing physically hard work most of the time...6 Points

    6) Do you want to:
    Lose weight........................0 Points
    Maintin your current weight...6 Points

Now add up your score. This is your daily points allowance.
  • Hi everyone, i'm new here. have never been to WW but my mum has so have all the stuff in the house for it.
I am really desperate to loose some weight, as its starting make me feel really down about myself. I'm 22, weight 12 1/2 stone, and am 5'5.
Accoring to the points, i should be having 22 pts worth of food a day.
