Morning everyone...Can i join in please?
I'm new to WW and new to MSE!
I've done WW before a few years ago and I found it OK so I'm giving it another go. I'm not going to class but I have all the information from a friend who goes to class.
I just really need the motivation and inspiration that I get from reading how well everyone is doing on this site. I don't need to lose much weight only about 7-10lbs but it's really getting me down as all my clothes are feeling tight and I'm generally feeling low because I'm eating all the wrong foods.
Thanks for all the information and ideas on here and Studentmidwife the recipe for the no points veg curry looks lovely. I will definitely be trying that!
Cheers everyone

Hi sorry Iam new to this are. Inot been going to WW Iwent a few years ago and gave up too easily. I weighed myself on Jan 10th before beginning my diet and I am 5'7 male and weighe 16st9 since then I have been eating weetabix or ready brek for b/fast made with hot water only, Brown bread sandwiches for dinner or jacket potatoes beans on toast and for tea I have either eaten a proper meal but smaller or a WW ready meal. My tea I usually eat around 5 o'clock and I try to fit 10-15mins each night on my Wii fit.I weighed myself this morning and found that I am now weighing in at 15st 3 a loss of 20lb.I am not eating after my tea but am eating 3 times a day but some of my work colleagues who are health fanatics are saying its not healthy to lose this much weight so quick but I am starting to feel great both more confident and energetic. My target is to be 12st by July when on me hols, only 45lb left to go but seems a lot better than 65 to go.0

Congratulations to those who have lost weight this week.
I've just been to my first weight in (only joined last week) and have lost 4.5lb.
I'm finding the points a tad harder to get my head around as last time i did ww i did the no count.
I'll get there...eventually0 -
hi all well done gazza as long as your eating a healthy balanced diet and not starving yourself dont listen to anyone else. it sounds pretty healthy to me. i find the excercise really helps as it tones you up as you go which means you see the difference much quicker good luck.
got weighed this morn 1st week and iv lost 3lb i was shocked and over the moon because didnt think id lost anything its motivated me to keep going. iv decided to count my lunch at work as 5pts that way if its over some days and under others it will work out over the week hopefully.:coffee:i find a cup of tea can solve most problems:coffee:
 but alcohol solves them all
